      Hi,
It's a chrome extension called SN Utils developed by Arnoud Kooi here at ServiceNow. You download it through the extensions in the chrome menu. Here is also a good overview video: ruclips.net/video/qFLFW9IbfD0/видео.html

Is there any particular criteria that needs to be looked when deciding which update set should be a parent and which update set should be a child when changes done as per the best practice in different update sets for different scopes?

Better yet, create a 'Witch Doctor' logo and get that on your water bottle!

Nice video, just one question, if I had one update set with the two different versions of the same record and deleted the oldest version record from the update set is that any different from what merging does? Seems quicker for me 😁, off course if we had a lot of updates then the merge is probably the best choice I would assume. Thanks 👍

Nope, if you just delete or move the older one back to default, that would have the same result. And just like you said, depending on the amount, merge might be overkill. I just wanted to show that the option is that and it's a bit safer since it will automatically choose the newest, and not depending on us humans making the right choice :P

How to go to the exact business rule where the delay is happening from the transaction logs information. When troubleshooting it is hard to find which business rule is causing the delay or causing issue. The transaction log shows the sys id but that is respective to the incident or change etc record itself. there can be plenty BR, ACL or CS in a table. Kindly advice

Why does no one ever cover how to back out update sets?
