    Hi Göran, do you see a way to use transform function to for example sent a notification 1 day before, based on a catalog variable input. So for example date variable on catalog item “expected delivery date”: 31.03.2020 the flow should sent a notification 30.03.2020 to the requestor. Tried with subtract time function but running into errors.

    Hello Gohan,
    I have made the same scenario that you did, the only difference is in the Task Activity and worked.
    I noticed the task was creating but was not associated with the problem.
    Action - Create Task
    Table: Problem Task
    Field Values: Short Description -> Created by Flow Designer
    Problem -> Trigger -> Problem Record

      Hi.. You need to give parent as problem record when creating task.. Then created task will be visible in problem record

    The reason your first attempt at the flow to create a problem task failed is because you dragged the fields for the if from the Trigger record, rather than from the "1 - For each" which is what you did when you got it working just checking short description.

    Is it just me or is the date picker not working for IF conditions of type date? See imgur.com/a/pTltp9H
