Rogers Arkansas is a beautiful place. In 2017, I moved away from a city in the desert southwest. I literally went from the hood, to Rogers. I must say it was definitely a positive change. It was almost too quiet, I was used to hearing gunshots and stuff at night. But, I quickly got use to the peace, and quiet. Yes, Rogers is a pretty place, I now live in OK and I sometimes miss it.
They zoned the First Street and Walnut area, dubbed the "entertainment district" with the new Rail Yard Park, to be able to legally have open containers of alcohol so long as it's from one of the local bars or restaurants. Trying to make downtown an entertainment hub is a great idea!
They have to keep up with Fayetteville and Bentonville, and I think they’re well on the way to possibly passing them with everything they have developed the last 2 years
@@naturallynwahometeamit's nice to be able to get a beer at the brewery, then walk through the park with it to the restaurant for dinner. Does any other town have open container laws?
Great video. My son and his wife are actually flying to Bentenville, as I type this to check out the area. She was offered a job there. They presently live in FLA.
Don't think it's in Rogers, but maybe Bentonville? Later this year, I'm escaping Illinois and moving into the Walton Crossing Apartments. Plan is to volunteer with SDIA a lot.
Love your videos. I am currently visitng NW Arkansas for the first time from NY. The first thing that jumps out at me is how friendly the people are here. Everyone in NY hates eachother and is so stressed and miserable lol. I am a 30 year old registered republican livig in a very liberal college town in NY. When visiting Fayetteville, just like any other college town I figured they would have thir more leftist views and a different vibe. Deffinetly a different vibe in Fayetteville but your liberal college town is MUCH MUCH MUCH different than the environment in NY. Everyone is just so inviting and doesn't seem to be brainwashed by watching too much CNN all day. I don't have purple hair, my gf doesnt have a shaved head and we know that i am a male and she is a female andddd we actually fit in in Fayetteville unlike in New Paltz NY! This really just blew my mind away lol. But thank you for your great videos as they have been a big help looking at different areas in the region. If we decide to move here we will be contacting you 100 percen!
A small crappy house in the verge of the hood in Tampa is 400,000 I’d be happy with a tiny house and a nice small lot for a garden Just want to be where people are friendly and I won’t be on the verge of homeless even working 60 hours a week :)
That park is still kinda under construction! Was there visiting in February very beautiful took a tour at Eureka Spings and I gotta say I just might move to Rogers because living in Los Angeles is a freaking joke man. House median 800k + .........2 bedroom 1 bath fixer upper crack house looking for 650k is considered a great deal. Forget living in condos or townhouse, not worth it. So Arkansas here I come!
It use to be natural but they just paved it in the past year. Rain use to wash it away and they constantly closed the park but they do have natural trails at the park.

What a change since jan of 1993. Last time I've been around there. Got me on the lake, I'm going!!
I’m staying in Rogers this weekend. This couldn’t be more clutch
Rogers is a great place!
Aww loved the brick roads
Dude this is so amazing 🤩

Oh that’s awesome! Give them my number so I can help them find a house!
@@naturallynwahometeam Will do. I believe they will be renting to make sure it's the area they want to settle down in.
This video answered all my questions. Will be moving here from the Caribbean in the near future so I’ll be in touch !
Hey that’s great! Feel free to reach out in the meantime if you have any questions about anything!

Eric what area of NWA has the most big trees?
Fayetteville and Rogers, on the east side

Excelente información.
Mostly nice,w walnut is a nightmare.streets 1st to 11th are very run down but see efforts to beautify.Love the trails /walking and bikes.
It’s getting nicer towards downtown for sure with the new developments near and on the square! Very exciting for our area!
Hi from Rogers, Mn👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽
Hello there!
Eric what city would be the best one to invest rogers , Little Rock or Bentonville?
Depends on your investment strategy. Are you looking to buy and flip or buy and hold?
I’m from Texas and it’s very diverse but I am moving to rogers because of my job, How is diversity in rogers ?
Rogers is a great place to live! It’s more diverse than a lot of other cities in NWA
Flying to greenbrier would love to see a video or info before we get there.
Unfortunately that’s in Central Arkansas, not NWA...I can tell you it would be a really short video though. Not much happening there!

Ha that's just what we're looking for! Thanks!
Do they have any mobile home parks?
Not many
What are winters like in this area? Thank you for the videos, really enjoyed all of them.
Typically the winters aren’t too bad. We normally get a couple of light snowfalls per year and it usually melts within a day or two.

As someone who grew up in Springdale....i have never made a better choice than fleeing, not only Arkansas, but the country.
trailer trash scrubbed up
"The railyard bike park is a natural surface trail park" - literally shows footage of paved trail not natural suface. SMH
Can’t win them all 🤷🏻♂️ I never claimed to be great at editing haha

@@Greatexplorationsandtravel thanks for clarifying!
Can I ask a silly question? Could I please see your left hand?
The negative is no one is honest there. :-)
False. Everyone in Rogers tells the truth 100% of the time. It’s a requirement to live there, actually
Hated it. Only local caves offer me any relief from urbanization.
Well alright. Thanks for watching and enjoy your cave!
