Please remember, it’s not just young people protesting. I’m a middle aged Gen X from Australia who has always been involved in the fight for a free Palestine ❤️🇵🇸❤️🇵🇸❤️🇵🇸
Well said. We all stand up for Truth and Humanity. The Zionists are the biggest threat to World Peace. Time for Change.

1. Lebanon is NOT an Arab country. We are specifically Lebanese, an eastern Mediterranean people. (Not all of us are "brown" either, the majority are actually white and many of us have colored eyes).
2. THE VAST MAJORITY OF US do not want a political alliance with our neighbors, even though we like them. We believe we're better off being separate, and for good reasons.
3. Our nation was NOT colonized by Europeans in the 20th century. It was rather administered by France, with whom we have historic relations for centuries, for a short time.
4. Our borders are NOT NEW. Lebanon is a Phoenician name (LBN), and our ancestry goes back to the Phoenicians. We have been living on this land for MILLENNIA. It is not new.
5. We are proud of being uniquely LEBANESE. And being politically separate. Do not buy the narrative being put forward here that we want to be one nation. The Levant is not one nation, and hasn't been for most of its long history.
6. We want good economic relations with our neighbors. And we want to obviously get out of Israel's grasp and be free of war. But we want to remain as a separate country, and we will.
7. I agree with everything else that Rania and Ghadi said here. But I'm very proud of my Lebanese heritage. And do not believe in Pan-Levantineism. Just like most of us don't. That's the reality.
Well said Ghadi, as a Lebanese woman I concur with you. I am double your age & have been an activist since my youth & it's so uplifting to hear Lebanese journalists speak the truth so eloquently. God bless you ladies & God protect our Lebanon 🇱🇧 ♥️ 🙏

You better care for what's going in Lebanon. A poor country because of Hezbollah.
So you support the Arab Muslims that literally attacked the native Lebanese population having been given refuge

That the Prophet (ﷺ) once came to her in a state of fear and said, "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah. Woe unto the Arabs from a danger that has come near. An opening has been made in the wall of Gog and Magog like this," making a circle with his thumb and index finger. Zainab bint Jahsh said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Shall we be destroyed even though there are pious persons among us?" He said, "Yes, when the evil person will increase."

The Eastern European Jews brought the Israelites to the #Holyland, but they themselves did not return because they had never been there before; they merely settled in the Holyland. They have no genetic link whatsoever with Banu israel.
European settlers killed 56 million indigenous people over about 100 years in South, Central and North America, causing large swaths of farmland to be abandoned and reforested, researchers at University College London, or UCL, estimate.
When European settlers arrived in the Americas, historians estimate there were over 10 million Native Americans living there. By 1900, their estimated population was under 300,000. Native Americans were subjected to many different forms of violence, all with the intention of destroying the community. In the late 1800s, blankets from smallpox patients were distributed to Native Americans in order to spread disease. There were several wars, and violence was encouraged; for example, European settlers were paid for each Penobscot person they killed. In the 19th century, 4,000 Cherokee people died on the Trail of Tears, a forced march from the southern U.S. to Oklahoma. In the 20th century, civil rights violations were common, and discrimination continues to this day.
The genocide in Palestine is being funded by Jewish Zionists, and it's possible that they also contributed to the Holocaust. I am interested in discovering the extent of their influence on 9/11. #Mossad #CIA
Zionists orchestrated conflicts to anticipate the arrival of Dajjal, commonly referred to as the antichrist, at the third temple in the HolyLand.
There is no such thing as pro-Israel or pro-Palestine. The Lord talks about the HolyLand in the Quran. I assume everyone is welcome to the HolyLand with righteous conduct.

Their hearts are filled with hatred. Sadly.
@@Republica33 Most people have been massively propagandized and indoctrinated, so we need to understand how powerful that is before condemning everyone so easily. That does not negate the compassion we feel for Sudan, Congo, Haiti, Yemen, etc. If you are a caring person, you will naturally care about all. But the discussion here is about Palestine and Lebanon. Listening to this young woman, Ghadi Francis, speak enlightened me as to why Israel targets women, and why the brothers are willing to walk up and hand deliver devices to destroy tanks to defend them. The army that dresses up in women's unmentionables are afraid of women like this.
Read up on the history of Zaynab, the sister of Imam Hussein. She is the daughter of Imam Ali (the prophet Muhammad's cousin and son-in-law) and of Fatima (the daughter of the prophet Muhammad). Look at the speech she gave to the tyrant ruler Yazeed in Damascus back then after the battle of Karbala, where all her brothers, sons, nephews, cousins were massacred in front of her eyes under his command. Handcuffed and abused, her speech shook Yazeed's courtyard to the point that people started getting riled up and almost took her side over his, therefore he ordered his guards to shut her up immediately and to take her away. Talk about strong women...

Thank you Rhania and Ghadi, for an incredibly
informative and highly enlightening discussion,
about a broad range of the problems
unfolding across the Middle East today. I think
all Westerners ( I am American), and Israeli
Zionists and Jews, should become acquainted
with the realities on the ground in your region,
from the 1800’s to the present day. Having had
several courses at University level many years
ago, I am fully familiar with the meddling and
machinations of the Europeans and eventually
Americans, in creating the artificial borders
in your region, that resulted in so much chaos,
and needless death and destruction over the
past 200+ years. The British and their
Imperial aspirations, probably are largely
responsible for the problems that have
unfolded in the Middle East, even before
World War I . From the 1920’s onward,
the insatiable need for England to have
supreme control over the oil riches of
your region, led to so much instability
in the region. After World War II, the
Americans became the ones who
wished to control the Mid-East oil
holdings, to strengthen U.S. hegemony
in the region. My country also helped
create much instability in the region,
and after 1948, by unconditionally
supporting the Zionist Project of the
Jewish State. The current conditions
certainly did not develop without
much Western meddling and
intervention in the region!
It was quite helpful to hear things from the
perspectives of those who live or have ties
in the region, without the typical Western or
Israeli extreme biases and propaganda! We
only get these viewpoints from other
courageous independent investigative
journalists like yourselves, never from our
governments or mainstream media outlets.
I think many young people around the world
are awakening to the realities of this
horrific genocide of the Zionists, and as
their ranks swell, Western governments
will finally be held to account for the
atrocities they are complicit in facilitating ,
by supporting the murderous psychopaths
in the current Israeli government. I am
ashamed of my government’s
participation in this, and as an American
of the Jewish faith, equally outraged by the
conduct of Israel and its military over the
past 76 years! This nightmare and
unimaginable suffering and hardships being
inflicted upon the civilians of Palestine and
Lebanon, must cease immediately! There is
absolutely no justification for any of this
horrific behavior being metered out against
civilians!!! I cannot comprehend, how the
West stands by as this barbaric behavior
by Israel continues, with no end in sight.!
My prayers go out to all those who continue to
suffer, and for all the martyred souls that have
already perished! To use the atrocities committed
during the Holocaust, to defend what Israel has
done for decades, is an insult to all those who
list loved ones in. World War II, and equally as
offensive to those who have lost loved ones
since the early 1900’s in Palestine.
Thank you both for having the courage to
speak your minds, share your views and
keen insights, and expose the truth about
this genocide, for a change. You are both
doing an excellent job keeping us all
better informed about this critically
important information! Please keep up
the good work!!!
You two are amazing "people"!
I always live your show, TODAY, your guest, Ghadi, was on FIRE, her language was excellent, AND her body language was ABSOLUTELY FLUENT.
Always love these discussions ❤
Thank you Rania, great interview, enlightening as usual.
Wonderful---truly compassionate and highly intelligent guest---thank you!
Beautifull human beings, being courageous a true intellectual host and hostess
Two awesome women.
Ghadi is a fascinating voice and an eloquent speaker but her argumentation was all over the place. It took me a few replays to work out where she seems to stand on things.
Did anyone else feel the same way?
No, it all flowed for me
🤡💩🤫 I
No, I found her extremely articulate!
true there are few out of margin argument, but i've watched her in arabic she is much fluency and coherence, but talking a second language and speeking to a different audience has its tall on a young enthusiastic journalist.
@@waeltfaily9865 I don't mind if someone has an accent or makes idiomatic or vernacular mistakes - especially in a second language. She is eloquent despite that and no doubt a treat to hear in Arabic.
My concerns and confusion is around the substance of her positions and their political coherence. Part of my work revolves around modelling politics and I can usually rapidly map people's positions into political models and theory. In her case it was far from clear what she represents. I can try to illustrate this.
She is clearly not a Muslim and states so in more than one way. This of course puts her at odds with almost everyone in the ME which is fine but it means she cannot appeal to any theological support for her positions. She is not an Arab from Israel / Palestine but claims to speak for them as a sister which given the above makes her a form of pan ethno chauvinist or nationalist. But she then rejects the rest of the people by fondly imaging a greater Leventine or greater Syria nationalist, not unlike how extreme Zionists imagine a greater Israel. But in the case of the Zionists this is a theological stance and in the case of most conservative Muslims a modern form of a Caliphate. In her case that makes no sense as she is not a Muslim.
Her rhetoric and talking points are at first glance straight out of the Said Qutb canon, which would make her an Arab national socialist but she does not include the Arab people in this picture either and her rejection of Islam puts her at odds with any such thinking - i.e. most modern Muslim Brotherhood schools of political theory.
At the end I listened to it three times and at best all I could do is put her in the Lebanese or Leventine National Socialist camp but I suspect most adherents of that thinking would reject her out of hand.
But thanks for the response.
I have nothing against Jewishness, just Israel.

I truly like these two beautiful ladies. They always bring us solid news.
She's gorgeous
Both !
@@greendragonspirit1646 Levant ladies are pretty, especially the Lebanese.
@TalkativeApe-gl1ex that's what attracted the jihadists there.
@@TalkativeApe-gl1exWhat are their Instagram accounts?
Yes, she is beautiful, but commentary regarding looks is contained only for women, but you never hear it if such and such journalist or commentator is a man.
We have been ONE ARAB Nation for 20 thousand years and we will remain ONE ARAB Nation till the Day of Judgement. No one can divide the Arabs.
The Israeli education minister needs to be educated. All that bravado yet he will be at the back or in Poland.
Inspiring!
