It is this: in addition to your site there are several sites that teach the alphabet, all Hebrew speakers I have no doubt. But I don't understand why the writing is so different from one person to the other. I am learning a letter and then I find somebody else writing a different way and somebody else yet another way. What is the explanation for this? Is there an official Academy, book or whatever that teaches the most common way of writing each letter? I mean Hebrew is difficult enough to start with!
