i flew with turkish today from antalya back to Gatwick and i do admit the departure lounge is pretty small in the terminal i went in. check in hall is pretty big but i dont rate the airport very highly. i also got poisoning from undercooked at subway there. Good vlog as always.

Well I am doing the trip reverse and flying to Gatwick soon to visit Brighton for 3 days :) The amount of money spent will be exorbinant due to very devalued Turkisk Lira gainst the Sterlin :)

Were you there in Dec? I didn't think Turkey was warm enough then to be a winter destination, but maybe I should look into it for a cheapy holiday.

Hello again. We are here now :) there have been some rainy days and some like 16/18 sunny days. If you are a sun worshipper then probably not for you. But I can’t sunbathe anymore (skin cancer) and it’s a great getaway to just chill.

@@LouiseUsher I was curious if it was warm enough for shorts and t-shirt because I was surprised to see someone going there in the winter. Thought Turkey resorts shut down at the end of October, so maybe a holiday there in early Nov is a possibility for us if prices are good. We're not sun worshippers but like to lie on a sunbed in the shade if it's warm enough. Hope you enjoy the rest of the hol and hope you don't me keep asking questions!

Not quite shorts and t shirt as such. We did have one day like that. And today I’m sat in a t shirt and jeans. It’s about 16 degrees. But we had three days of storms and rain. Not sure what is usual. But we paid so little money, it’s cheaper than living at home just now. And a chance to stop and breathe. If you want warmer weather, go further south like Egypt 🇪🇬
