Just make sure, you keep your pointer higher. you will realise it within 2 semesters

Sir I got air 413 in ece but I got iitkgp cse and I didn't get good core branches but I am really confused whether to choose cse for tag or go with colleges like bits pilani or nit for vlsi core field please help 🙏🏻
if you are getting vlsi in top nit, then you can go for it, but CSE iit kgp isnt a bad option either!

Taking electives for placement purpose, which one will be better, audit or non audit.? Will the companies give more preference to non audit course? I got admission in IIT Roorkee communication Systems(ECE).
Dono chalta hai, audit karke you can genuinly learn but non audit karoge to achhese padhoge but risk hoti hai aur kuch nahi
Sir only class note is enough or we need some extra classes to study.
In betch which subject we are unable to understand we use to see online class like Uncademdy.. But in mtech is there something like that...where we can clear our concept and doubt
Class notes are more than enough, although referring to SOme extra material helps a lot in places like IIT

Non credit only when you dont want to hamper your cg because of the course
I am from instrumentation which language should I learn for product based companies and for which profiles placement is more ML OR SDE.
If you are in an IIT you will find all kinds of placements! Prepare for Python, R and LabViEW, MATLAB
Sir, will the first two semesters be online? We won't be able to get the exposure of campus Life initially!
Sadly yes, the semesters could be online and campus life could be missed!
Hi, I got MS in IIT and I would like to pursue Phd abroad. Can I apply for the daad programme that you mentioned or is it exclusively for M tech?
DAAD can be availed for PhD , so wont matter if you are from MS or M-Tech but this sandwich program is specially for two year M-Tech, so you can seperately apply for DAAD by consent of your professor

Hi Yogesh, Make sure you have some publication under your belt or atleast project of that calibre. Also learn some skills like python. Try to appear for GRE as well

Learn skills through courses, build projects and Present them on Linkedin. Also keep applying offline. The process is daunting at times but results will show in some shape or form!

Hello sir, I am a mechanical engineer and taken 7 years to complete B.E(2nd class due to 7 years) due to personal problem, however my CGPA is 7.2 and I am interested in teaching field. Do you think my 2nd class can affect my career in teaching incase I go for mtech and PhD? Requesting you to please guide me in this 🙏.
There could be some problem to enter into M-Tech itself but once you do that, and its easy for you to do that because of your cg, you can then perform well in M-Tech, Project etc. And then all that will matter is your? Masters performance and cg in there

Waise to nahi hai but with profs discretion if you have Pre intimation then they might allow in some rare cases

Hi I am commenting here to reach you out to bring in you knowledge about the 5th round of COAP .166 students were offered different branches of IIT Kharagpur through COAP .We accepted the offer within time and got a confirmation mail also stating that "Congratulations for accepting so and so branch and you can contact IIT Kharagpur for fee payment link etc" .After two days we received a mail from KGP stating that there was a glitch due to which some students were offered these branch and you need to reexcercise the 5 round and check your COAP portal and for all these 166 students there were no offers present.

Just go anf explore course registration list at the start of the semester and attend classes. Even though you dont register, I think professors wont say a thing if you seriously just want to learn
