On this Adventure me and my dog Zeus hike the misery ridge trail at Smith Rock state park in Oregon. Smith rock is very popular in the rock climbing community.

I miss the view of the mountains from that side. I need to head back over there. It's been too long since I've gone up Smith Rock. I had intended on doing a small two day trip to Central Oregon visiting several areas last summer. But the world decided to play tricks on me.
@@pnwadventuresandgearreview8749 I think very soon I'm going to need to get away from the rain in the valley and get over there. Looking at the map to Smith Rock I noticed the crooked river. I'll probably need to make several days of this so I can paddle up the river. It's now on the planning list. But likely will need to wait till spring. Which is no problem.
Those rocks are something! All of the Tennessee hills are covered with trees. Thanks for sharing!
Oregon is quite diverse we have all kinds of terrain and smith park is definitely one of our state gems.
This is great ! Smith is my old playground. I've climbed a lot of the routes there. Great views!

I love Easter Oregon it is one of my favorite places to hike. It is a bit of a drive but I try to get out as much as I can.
