This reminds of when I was playing as a Spy on BLU team on the final point in Borneo. I disguised myself as an enemy Demoman and was doing Spy stuff in the enemy base until my cloak ran out. I was panicking until I got a genius idea. I decloaked and just stood still in a corner. ALL ENEMY PLAYERS walked past me and didn't shoot me ONCE, not even the Pyros. They maybe stopped to look at me but nothing else. Eventually the enemy Medic walked by and I backstabbed him. It was the funniest shit ever.
What would sell it alot more would be to "lose agro" once somone else got closer make it look like your running on a algorithm where you can only target the closest player to you.
One time on stream I just could not headshot a heavy that kept moving erratically. I even said, "they're good" only to realize it's an AFK bot after I finally did kill it. Not my proudest moment.

That rotating spy is using +left in console to prevent the bot from taking over. You can prevent the bot from taking over or being kicked for inactivity by typing in +left or +right in console. Regardless, bypassing the AFK manager in any way is a bannable offense. So, that spy is breaking a rule, and could be banned. If you don't want the bot to screw up your statistics, just disconnect and come back later.
Honestly I'm just surprised that Skial has this extremely well thought out system for AFK players. Kick em? Nah, they might come back. Ban em? Nah, that's not fair. Make em go spectator mode? Nah, we can do better. Let us play the game for them? *Hell yeah.*
No, the afk bots never get kicked out unless im taking my pizza out of the oven, cutting slices and when i come back im kicked, but other bots stay for literally 2 hours with the same trail pattern
