It's about time! 1/2 of my dolls wear glasses, which I think is probably pretty representative of the human population. I don't need to buy Summer, as I commissioned a custom Nanea last year with strawberry blonde hair and Saige eyes. I feel like she was prophetic. :) So happy that so many people get to buy Summer and have such a pretty doll. Thanks for sharing!

It was fun to see you open up Summer and give your first reaction. I think she is really cute too. I love the Nanea mold and her strawberry blonde hair with pastel pink highlights is so unique. She keeps looking way more cute in people's videos than she does on the official photos. The Summer you got is adorable. I probably still won't get her, because I'm saving to add Claudie and Samantha to my small collection.

Yes, I already noticed that the box of this doll has the inspection window not more, but an entire picture of the doll; I suppose that is depends from the chioce to completely avoid plastics in the package (as I see, even the book holder is made by a recyclable material); it is not bad, but I preferred the old packages, which had more appeal: this is not more a collectable box, but is to be thrown away once the doll is took out. About the doll, what could I say? Surely is very well made; I like the character and share her passion for baking, but the historical characters are something really different, with more appeal; even the A.G. doll of Moana (from the Disney's new movie) to be released in the next days is better, I like her more. I go on to love the A.G. dolls, but I feel that something is changing; I like more the older characters, even the ones in the BeForever line.
I don't feel like the cost of furthering damage to the environment is worth the sneak peek for a second. Honestly I'm really getting tired of hearing the complaints about this. When is companies going green going to be respected better. We all have to lean into the discomfort of change for the betterment of the younger generations also being able to enjoy the planet.
