Strawberry needle scare: Prime Minister announces tough penalties for fruit tampering.
With more and more cases of needles found in strawberries, bananas and apples, the government is increasing penalties for fruit tampering from 10 to 15 years, and will be introducing new legislation to parliament of up to 10 years for people who make hoax threats on social media.
