Love watching your adventures and daily endeavors, incl cooking! I have one health related comment - plastic bags can be quite toxic if you put hot food in them. Also, teflon pans ( mostly anything other than stainless steel or cast iron) also release toxins if there are cracks from sharp objects. Stay healthy, Matt! I think you’re on the right track 😊
I’m reminded of the old TV show Seinfeld. Like the show, you focus on very ordinary situations in your life (parking spot for the night, grocery shopping, etc). It’s your unique perspective and ability to clearly articulate that makes your videos so interesting, enjoyable and even entertaining. At least 2 times each week finding a parking place is the goal. Often the decision is to stay at a location you stay every single week. Yet, the videos never seem repetitive or stale. In fact, it’s just the opposite! I guess all of this is a long way of saying, Great video! Keep ‘em coming! Love your humor!
Thanks for sharing your experiences with stealth locations. I'm sorry to hear about your father's passing and your experience with the hospital parking guard. Life can be rough. But, I hope you have many more safe adventures ahead.
Might it be cheaper to use Amazon lockers or ship items to a local UPS store in Boston instead of spending the $ to drive (Gas + Maintenance) back to your primary mailbox all the time?
Always happy to see a video from you and what adventures you may find. Too bad you didnt get to go roller skating. That would have been kinda cool to see. Have you thought about ice skating in Boston Common? Hope ur week is a sparkling one.
Hey brother awesome video stay safe out there and have good holiday I love the fact that you do western mass in Boston the areas where I grew up and live it's fantastic brother love it keep up the great work peace out.
This Cabela used to be my spot when I was living in MA. It’s a pretty chill spot. I was not bothered at all. I now moved to AZ, and I do not have to deal with the harsh winter.
... pretty sure Wallys price for those propane canisters would be 2 for $10 , just 2 yrs ago they were just under $3 each - Always expensive here on the East coast ... safe travels ...
JACKPOT! cabelas wow..dollartree! Market Basket wow!!! Yes that Market basket is BOSS! and Cabelas has some chic things! Yes retake us there and camp again and feed us! This is a winner spot with FREE SECURITY! YES show us more Cabelas items and make us beef stroganoff! Yummy! Thanks! Gr8 episode!
Enjoy your channel. You should check out BJs basic club membership for 1 person. It is not very expensive and I think you can get member gas prices. Not all BJs have gas. Chicopee, Greenfield and some others do. I saw Hudson price was $2.64 as you drove by the sign on the way in on this video. Run the numbers to see if it is worth it.
I've been binge-watching your videos, and they are great, Matt. Your calm perspective and dry humor are a welcome reprieve from the news and current events! 😁
Alright so just when I was starting to get use to this guy & thought maybe I could subscribe, he freaked me out by saying Bass Pro Shop wrong. I mean WTF 😂😂
I moved to Western MA four years ago and never heard of Cabela's. I'll have to check it out. Glad you made your peace with the BJ's robot. I still hate it 😂
Ambulance dweller here in New England. My secret, and by all means delete this after you read it if you want, Google > 24 hour park near me. You’d be surprised how many there are and I’ve never seen a No Overnight Camping sign in one.
First video of yours I've seen and I immediately subbed. Now to go through the back catalog to see your build. (No criticism, I'm just looking for ideas for mine.) You mentioned security and I was told it's extremely important. I don't know which you got but a friend of mine has the tiny fiber optic ones that look like reflectors on the doors as well as ones that look like blind spot/fisheye mirrors on his E350.
I thought the same thing about Florida. I watched the FL. vids and kept thinking, "Why go down there before the weather moderates?" Florida winters are the best- highs ranging around 70+, and dry, sunny days. I spent a couple winters in St. Pete after a lifetime of Chicago winters.
Good evening 😊 I was surprised to see your video back a bit about Hampshire Mall I loved it there when I was younger. I was even more surprised to hear you comment on Orange Walmart as I live very close by that store next town over 🙃. Hope all is going well for you out there roaming about … Best Wishes & Safe Travels to you 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
No knowledge of sporks. Never been to a Cabela's. Definitely a city boy. While you've been "stealth camping" for the past several years in and around cities and civilization I've been living nomad life mostly in the desert southwest. Let me know if you want to come out here and really experience off grid life.
After years of van life I gotta say finding places to park all the time is stressful always remember vans stick out like a sore thumb it don't matter what kind of van it is a lot of mean people out there will not and except this this life and will call the police everyone now a days is camera happy a lot of people look down on vans matt this came from the 70s sex drugs and rockinroll and so fourth a lot people see a van parked or driving and they will snap a picture and call the police I've had it happen it's hard to blend in in a van cars SUVs blend in not vans or RVs that screams your living in it
Have to make it look like a construction/business vehicle. Put a ladder on top (which will hide the fans and solar panels too), and maybe a fake magnetic sign for a business. 😉😁
gloop•y adj. -ier, -iest. Term to describe spices that have a propensity to congeal and/or cake-up before the bulk of its container can be dispensed. First used by Matt MacPhearson, RUclips personality, in late 2024.

You are a funny dude - keep the content coming please
This whole Tally saga was absolutely hilarious! Looking forward to the security episode coming up! Thanks for the video!

Yes, we all need our beauty sleep, lol.
I'm not sure how I found you, but you are too funny.😂

Looking forward to the upcoming security video ✔️

Ive been beefing up my security too. Last week i bought a 3fifty7. I also would like cameras all around the rv
You should record the robot whistle and have it as your alarm ⏰😅
@6:21, Look, it's the _most judgmentally-gazing fish who's ever lived_ 😆
Don’t you get scared in these forest areas you go into I grew up in South Philly a very tough place makes one very wary

I’m gonna be “ Talley “ for Halloween next year!

Very Good Video,
Planet Fitness black card allows usage at any PF location anywhere. Have you considered?
Alright so just when I was starting to get use to this guy & thought maybe I could subscribe, he freaked me out by saying Bass Pro Shop wrong. I mean WTF 😂😂
1:52 The wtf thing is a water tower with a cell phone tower on top ... fancy.
Make sure you have something to defend yourself if needed to because you never know the world is a beautiful place without people
Gerber Knives is owned by the Finnish outdoor supplies company Fiskars. No connection to baby food.
Base Pro Shop 😆🤣😂
Did he mean to pronounce it that way?
@ Yes because he keeps pronouncing it that way. Not hating just found it funny.
I could see you squaring up w the robot. Both of you will meet up at each end of an isle and play a game of chicken as you pace slowly to each other.
I moved to Western MA four years ago and never heard of Cabela's. I'll have to check it out. Glad you made your peace with the BJ's robot. I still hate it 😂
Glad you finally made peace with the robot😂

I had a feeling that you would go to Cabela's when I saw that comment. A nice one for the rotation for sure.
What size jackery do you use?

How many miles per year are you averaging on your van? GL to you and your channel!
Another great one love this.
Can you do a video about how you work remotely everyday from your can?
Did that say 2.64 for gas??
Coffee & black pepper is awesome on vanilla ice cream
I have Zeeeeero empathy for robots. LOL.
Gawd man, the inside of your van is red metal?
Looks like duct tape, new jersey outdoors did a tour if you check his channel
🤣😂 so glad you made peace and did not 🥊 him
Fun video! Let us know about that pepper spice.
FYI bass pro and cabelas are the same company
Correct. It was more f a merger of the two than one owning the other. Personally I've always preferred Cabela's.

You're an interesting character, and wth is your interior made out of? Duct tape? 😂...
it's not 7 pork chops for $5.28. It's $2.49/lb.; a far better way to compare prices.

i d always cut my onionzzz! and eat them right away.
I'm sick of hearing you say G.D I hope others are too!
Then don’t watch.
lol
Dude, all your vid shows me is how out of touch with reality you are, and how sheltered you have been.
One true reality doesn't exist. It's sad, but funny, that you think it does.😂
