Those envelopes are so pretty!! Are you thinking renting over buying when you move to SA? I can't decide if I am going to build a small house on my land, or rent in town, once I settle back in Brazos Co. I want to live on my land, but it is 30 mins from town, and I am not getting any younger.... ugh.

Oh I will be renting. I am really over home ownership. So much responsibility and always unknown budget items. I am not really a city girl, but all of my friends and social events are in that area so that is probably where I will be.
