I miss snow festivals. Had them in Minnesota when I lived there. North Carolina doesn't get enough snow even when they do get snow(which isn't often at all). Don't get me wrong though, I don't miss Minnesota. Winters with temps that can reach -45F suck. North Carolina only gets into the 30s most of the time.
