Oh my good Lord, Dr. Harraway🙌😍 I met you 20 years ago in Zambia when I was 15 years old, you came on a mission with NAPS! You told me I had a lovely radio voice, I didn't understand what you meant then but guess what, turned out I did!!! 😂😍 I would love to reconnect with you if you see this please respond! I can't believe this... I have so much to tell you! GOD BLESS YOU... Rose🌹
This is what I got from the video. Hopefully I didn't miss anything. I hope this helps❤ "Congratulations! You're having a baby. Let's go over six steps to help you have a healthy pregnancy. So one of the top tips is getting prenatal care. Having consistent prenatal care helps to establish high risk versus low risk pregnancies. It helps us to look at your family history to see if there is anything in your history that might contribute to your pregnancy, and it also helps you to establish rapport with your care team. Make sure you get consistent prenatal care. So another tip is exercise. We like moms to exercise throughout their pregnancy. So making sure that you're getting a good decent amount of aerobic exercise is great. If you're already an elite athlete, and you're doing lots of exercise then you can continue to exercise. However if you haven't already been exercising, start a walking program. Walking is perfect for almost every pregnancy. Exercise not only helps you during the pregnancy, but it makes that labor process a whole lot easier. Again, everyone can do some form of exercise. Eating healthy is an important part of a healthy pregnancy. I recommend a balanced diet. Balance is sometimes hard in this world of sugary starchy fast foods, but think about making sure that you have proteins, whole grains, vegetables, and fruits. Try to hit the outer aisle of the grocery store. So when you think of a grocery store, they put the fresh food on the outside, and a lot of the boxed starchier foods are on the inside. So try to focus your diet on those outside parts of the grocery store. I know sometimes women have cravings when they're pregnant. If you have a balanced diet, those cravings tend to go down. Staying well hydrated is a part of every healthy pregnancy. I recommend for all of my patients to walk around with a water bottle. That water can be infused with fruit. In the early pregnancy it can be infused with ginger and it will help with nausea and vomiting, but throughout the day just sip on that water and it will make you feel a lot better. Often in pregnancies, we get a lot of complaints about patients being light-headed or dizzy. Sometimes passing out. Some of that is simply due to being dehydration. I don't like to tell people exactly how much to drink, but if you're thirsty at all that means that you have not been drinking enough. Avoid alcohol, tobacco or any illegal or illicit substances in pregnancy. For alcohol consumption, some people ask "what if I just had one drink?" The problem is we don't know how many drinks can cause abnormalities, so I wouldn't put your baby at risk. In terms of tobacco use, we know that tobacco use can increase your risk of sudden infant death syndrome and other issues for the mom and the baby and so the recommendation is no tobacco. There are lots of programs to help you quit smoking, so ask your provider about steps to help you stop smoking. Illicit substances, just avoid them altogether. Most of them don't have good data about what the abnormal aspects are, but we know that they aren't safe for you or your pregnancy. Make sure that you're taking care of yourself. Make sure that you're nourishing your spirit. For a lot of women that's difficult to do. We are used to being caretakers of everyone. In fact we usually put people other than ourselves, but make sure during your pregnancy and outside your pregnancy that you are spending time alone, reducing your stress level. Sometimes just pulling away to read a book for a moment or take a bath or eat some ice cream when nobody's looking....anything that nourishes your spirit and makes you feel good and just takes the stresses away you'll need to do that during your pregnancy. The outcome will be good not just for you but for your pregnancy. Make sure that you take care of yourself first."
I was not getting pregnant even 3 years ago but then we did an Indian experiment and today I have two small children and I am very happy in my life if anyone wants to follow those tips Indian tips then I will tell even if from 7 years I am not getting pregnant she will also be very happy with Indian tips I am from India and love my country very much by following Indian tips
I had my tubes clipped and burned 12 years ago. I'm interested in becoming pregnant again without major surgery. What are my options? I learned while getting my tubes taken out that one of my tubes were already damaged from a miscarriage. So I just wanna know will I he able to have another child preferably a boy. I have 3 beautiful girls already!!
What do you mean by getting your tubes clipped and burned? Also, I would approach Anita James's suggestion very, very cautiously, those things are often scams, so do your own research before giving anyone money or putting anything in your body.
