Those 750 Hondas are beautiful, even the 550/4 is nice. Such a classic look. The naked CBX & Gold Wing are cool as well. From what I've heard the CBX came w/ its own little issues but once they're sorted out they sure are a conversation piece.

    Beautiful shop too!
Until recently I was commenting to work on my '66 Honda 305 Dream that I bought at the local junkyard for $150 and partially restored. Part of my commute was on the freeway and by taking the baffles out of the stock pipes I was getting another 5~10 mph on top end. Too much fun! Amazingly, those Dreams handle pretty well, perhaps because their pressed-steel frames are so stiff.

WOW what a collection? I live in Washington State I've had about a half dozen bikes all together. I had several really old Yamaha 80s. with the rotary valve single cylinder two stroke engines. that had the carburetor down inside the engine case. and a Suzuki TS 185 Enduro. and a 1968 Honda 250 scrambler. and a 1969 Husqvarna 360 dessert cross bike. and last but not least, a 1980 Honda CB750K with a vetter full fairing with lowers. I didn't have all of them at the same time. so couldn't call them a collection. and they were nothing like this fantastic collection.
I've always wanted one of early seventies Honda 750 fours? but haven't been lucky enough to find one.
and I would really like find a Honda 450 scrambler? because I really liked the 250 but it was a little bit small. and I would liked more power.
and I rode one that a friend had and I would really like to find one? and that is a Triumph 500 scrambler. but they are extremely rare.
and my ultimate dream motorcycle that I have always wanted since I was young? was a Montesa 390 big bore motocross bike. but they are extremely rare and probably impossible to find.

OMG that's absolutely amazing! You really got gold there. That guy is in incredible condition for 72 years old. I'm 59 and cancwr nearly killed me already 😢. But I'm still here with a new lease on life. I've been into bikes since I was 9 years old in 1973. First bike was a Harley Davidson 65 cc mini bike. It was yellow. Man, I wish Dad would have tucked that away! I'm really into trials bikes now. I'm not a trials rider by any means lol but I like to play ride on it. Great bike for regaining strength and balance after the surgeries. I'm currently trying to set up my garage like a real motorcycle repair shop. I have a hydraulic dirt bike lift and I'm going to upstate New York next month to get some more equipment. Tire changing stand, bead breaker, tire band, levers and rim protectors. I'm also going to get one of those untrasonic carburetor cleaning tanks. It's good for my gun parts too. I hope it works like the videos show. Your a cool guy! You remind me of that guy on airplane repo. Have you ever been told that? Well my friend have fun and be safe

Cracking vid Ken. As a Honda man myself since I could talk the language of bikes - so maybe 1970 - and as a fan of your channel, I loved this one more than most. I have a '69 Sandcast, a '69 Diecast (a full set in my opinion of this iconic bike) plus another CB750 from 1970. This is Yoshimura (so stroked, carb'ed and exhaust'ed with Yoshi) and with Russ Collins electricals (If you don't know him, have a Google). I am sure that you know the "Sandcast" story, with Soichero Honda San, trying to beat Kawasaki to the finish line with a 4 pot 750, and sacrificing the Honda diecast engine plant project, to "Gravity" cast (or "Sandcast" as legend now records) to beat Kawasaki by 3 weeks. You also know the Kawasaki response. Devastation. Abandoned the 750 project , and 3 years later, emerged with the Z1 in '72 (yes - '72, not 73). I have an early 1972 prototype Z1 also - which completes the "Drama" of my collection in this exact time in history. I wish prices were the same here as in the US. You need to open a UK branch Ken 😉 For sure

If you did a race with the same size motorcycles 650cc all around the same weight but one was a single one. Was a parallel to win. One was a triple and one was in line for and you raced them all. I think the single would take off first then the parallel twin and the triple then the four and then the four would end up passing the line first then the three, then the two and the one. I swear that's what I think would happen
