Nice one, I spent 7 years of my childhood in Mizoram state, lunglei. We used to visit auzawl quite often back then while traveling from lunglei to Pokhara. There are lots of nepalese people there. It's already been 15 years I since i left for Nepal. It' among my dream destination though it's not that far from Nepal. They have some unique cusines like the gammy chhang they prepare by steaming rice flour, their local popsicle called voor, bekang (fermented soy), many more.Don't know what's preventing me from doing the trip. Mangtha , ka loam ehh. Thank you
@@anandalamichhane6064 Hey, thanks for the comment! I'm glad you're enjoying the video. It's awesome to hear that you lived in Mizoram - I absolutely love it here. What part of the state did you stay in?
I stayed in a city called Rashiveng, Lunglei that translates to stone and soil in mizo 😂( don't know if the city name has anything to do with it). But ya I had very good memories of Mizoram I went there at 2 and left when I was 9 years old . My father sisters were also born there. Haha kappi , In video ah an aizawl Christmas bajar a lang nuam lutuk eh aah. We do have mizo cooker , mizo machete (chem), that stinky shrub plant ☘️ called khangkhung ( mizo leafy vegetable), pangbal(cassava), zongta . We really embrace the mizo way here in Pokhara as well 😊😊😊
@@anandalamichhane6064 Wow, That's really interesting. It sounds like you have some wonderful memories of Mizoram. It's amazing how much you still remember from your time there. The Christmas Bazaar in Aizawl does look amazing in the video, doesn't it? It's awesome that you still use things like the Mizo cooker, chem, and enjoy traditional foods like khangu, pangbal, and zongta. It's a great way to keep those Mizoram connections alive! Thanks again for sharing your story. It's truly inspiring.
@@lalrinmawiachhangte-8487 My boyfriend's actually Nepali, just like me. We're not married yet, but we're really happy together. It's funny how different castes can make two people look so different, isn't it?
