Queen I do the rice water it could dry it but it really work . Just do a deep conditioner after you do the rice water !!!! Rice water make your hair soft not course . Like this so she can see it please PS THANKS FOR LIKES KEEP LIKING PLEASE
Yes what I do is use BLACK rice & water and let it sit in a concealed container I also just add 2 drops of peppermint oil for a nice tingle . Sometime I let the rice sit for 48 hours . When I apply the rice I apply the rice water put a cap on my head let it sit for 20-30 mins then rinse i shampoo my hair first(to clean scalp and open up them pores for the rice water to get in the scalp really good ) then I do the rice water after rice water go in with a deep conditioning and after that I let it sit for 20 mins and when you go to style your hair just make sure to oil your ends with a coconut oil or oil of your preference. 😘

You should wear your natural hair instead of flat ironing. Also you should do your own hair, because you're the one that knows your hair better than anyone else. Hair stylist be dealing with so many people's heads they don't have time to learn your hair type and what is or isn't good for your hair.

That post partum shedding is REAL. The process cannot be defeated. But the hair will come back. It stressful seeing that hair shed like that in the comb. I use to cry cry cry but it grew back the following year
