I almost FELL OVER in the STORE! A small Thrift place I go to often and went today. I was looking through dresses. And BOOM! My FIRST EVER JOHNNY WAS FIND! SO excited I couldn't believe it! Mind you it's only a tank but it is embroidered and should do pretty well. I seriously was thinking 5 minutes before that happen, as I'm thinking about Cayleys videos "why do I never find Johnny Was, I wonder if someone told them to hold them all and pays up for them" and five minutes later there it was. I just couldn't believe it!!! :) Still so excited. ;) It was $3 :)

Cayley!! Thanks again for great content. I started reselling two years ago, found you here. Been watching ever since. Dont know if anyone else does this but i watch, take notes and put it in a spreadsheet. My wife and i split up and go to different stores on the same day. When we run across something we dont recognize we pull up the sheet on google docs to check. Right now i think i have 300 different names to look for courtesy of your thrift hauls. Thank you so much for sharing. Because of your tutelage our sales have increased greatly! We're not doing your numbers but i told my wife i want to get to your level!! Youre my inspiration!!! I have sold 5-6 Old Navy since hearing it from Cayley. ;) I Never would have picked it up if I didn't see her video. I've sold the dresses and tops. $20-$29. It's crazy but true.
@@kirish43 Try to focus on more substantial pieces like dresses/jumpsuits, jackets - especially if they are linen or linen blend
Ive been picking up Aran knit sweaters for Fall. Actually, if I am at the bins, I pick up all fall/winter stuff if it is a good label!!
I don’t sell but I buy. Before watching the resellers I didn’t realize you could send in offers. I also now use keywords that I never did before. I save sellers who have steamed the items and wrap them nicely in tissue with a sticker. It tells me that they are caring for the clothing and not just sending in wrinkled stuff direct from the bins.
.Is there a way to see how long an item has been listed for? If it’s been listed for awhile I’d feel better at sending in an offer. 17:16
From the customer's perspective, no I don't believe so.
I feel the same. If I receive something just tossed into a poly mailer I don’t go back. I like a nice presentation because it makes me feel like I bought well but mostly because it shows that the seller cares about the buyer.
Hi Cayley! I seem to have found a thrift store in my area that I can rely on to have some pretty great items and at fair prices.
They always have tons of Nike clothing (mostly pre-owned), and I skip it all, I am so overwhelmed by so much Nike, but- I am sure some of it has decent resale value. If I looked up comps/researched each item I feel like I would be there all day.
Any suggestions on how to make it less overwhelming? I hate thinking I am leaving profitable items behind. Thanks!
I would recommend doing a deep dive on Nike! You can learn what few things are worth picking up and skip the rest!

Nice haul. I struggle to find good brands in my area so tomorrow I am going on a 2+ hour round trip to the bins to see if I can find some items.

The other day I found a barrel shaped linen dress, I want to see if that does well. Wonder if its as good as barrel pants... hmmm.

Keep the price high! 😊 I found one in black that I priced at $99! Some are priced over $190. I sold a pale green short one for best offer of $30 in two days! The vintage nylon can bring great money.
I have Vanity Fair robe in red with lace trim listing for a very long time and hasn't sold. I listed only for 45. Not sure why?
I sold an ON dress last week, it was getting tons of likes across all platforms 🤷

About 5.5 hours (they have other tasks too).

Definitely useful to watch but not at expenses of doing my own sourcing listing shipping I have to pace myself work first then videos but I do find myself getting picky Cayley Is on the always watch list for sure

No way those dresses would sell for me. I think what sells for large RUclips sellers is very different than what sells for small sellers. At least for me, I have to rely on brands to get buyers and those first few dresses wouldn’t even get a view for me.
