This was a great video Leo! It doesn’t matter how long I’ve used Notion there’s always something new to see. I got two questions though that you might be able to help me with: 1) how do you go about onboarding clients who aren’t as familiar with using notion? 2) do you measure time dedicated towards administrative tasks like slack communication, setting new tasks for them on Notion, etc.? Why or why not
Yo! Two good questions! 1. Most of my clients are tech-startups, so tools like notion, asana, and slack are already part of their day-to-day. This is one of the reasons I wanted to find a no-code solution for the software I have built since I didn't want clients to have to learn to use something new. 2. I do, so for projects that are not recurring, I know the number of hours I will spend on Admin work, so I add that to my cost. And for projects that are recurring, there is a task called "Admin" where I add these hours. The good thing about using Slack and Notion, is that there is not much admin time in meetings and back-to-back reviews or feedback, so the number of hours spent on admin has decreased by a lot.
Great video! I have a suggestion. A lot of people want to have a website nowadays. Can you make a video about how someone can use Notion to plan and track progress of building their own website (UX/UI) from start to finish?
Amazing! Where would I be able to buy that template?

I am glad you found this content helpful! What do you use to manage your projects?
Asana or notion ?
Notion. You can only do project management with Asana and gets limited to a certain point. With notion you can do waaaaay more
