Actually, the CHP still primarily uses the black and white police units. The white CHP units are like a more specialized division of the CHP, possibly what used to be the old California State Patrol (CSP) up until 1995.
You have a nice collection. Did you make any yourself or purchase them all online? I am building 3 simultaneously as my first attempt in making police vehicles of scale 1:43 Rolls Royce Phantom in burgundy (idk the brand because I got it off from the Rolls Royce showroom), 1:24 or, 1:27 (idk the exact scale) of a yellow Hummer H2 SUV by Maisto & a 1:18 AutoArt Mercedes Benz CL63 in black. It would be really helpful if you or someone could help me by advising how to add a switch because I can only connect lights to a battery directly or, leave the wires exposed (joining turns the lights on and detached- they remain turned off).
