Actually, the CHP still primarily uses the black and white police units. The white CHP units are like a more specialized division of the CHP, possibly what used to be the old California State Patrol (CSP) up until 1995.

I am building 3 simultaneously as my first attempt in making police vehicles of scale 1:43 Rolls Royce Phantom in burgundy (idk the brand because I got it off from the Rolls Royce showroom), 1:24 or, 1:27 (idk the exact scale) of a yellow Hummer H2 SUV by Maisto & a 1:18 AutoArt Mercedes Benz CL63 in black. It would be really helpful if you or someone could help me by advising how to add a switch because I can only connect lights to a battery directly or, leave the wires exposed (joining turns the lights on and detached- they remain turned off).
They're expensive customs that I doubt he has anymore. These are not toys by any means. Model cars that cost well over $100 to $250. I've seen them even higher than that.
All COOL! You gotta get some police figures with their guns drawn and pointed at their suspect; or better yet, guns drawn with LED's in the barrel - hah! Maybe, try suspect type figures laying on the ground with the dog figures biting on their arms? It's all good!
