If I still had severe eczema like when I was younger I wouldn’t use these type of body washes at all either but because my skin is not as bad anymore, it can take it without being irritated. Only time my eczema flares is when I consume certain food but everyone’s body is different 💖

Yes, wash that area gently with soap. It’s skin too. Lathering is very important.

You can’t just leave them alone but don’t irritate it either. Try Exfoliating & using tree tea oil on top of the bump 😌
