We have similar body types and I love the pleated pant and the founder pant and I find they are great for smaller waist larger hips and a higher rise then effortless I can’t make the effortless work for me but I’m obsessed with the founder pant

Have you tried the Aritzia Pleated pants? The front lays a bit more flat and the thigh is wider IMO.
