Mikhmon not working on mirotik OS7.10 or above

@@Qaisar.Raheem As of now, Mikhmon may experience compatibility issues with newer versions such as 7.10 and above due to changes OS that could affect mikhmon with Mikrotik system.
Notes: for OS7 new script
- Don't update the hotspot user profile in mikhmon server.
- Make sure that the name of the hotspot user profile is matching on the scheduler
- Use mikhmon server as a Code generator and User generator only and viewing of sales etc.
