I love how informative this video was! I bought a matte shorty puffer last year and it actually started piling a lot and I emailed the customer service about it but they told me that I was probably doing something wrong to the puffer like rubbing it on something which I hadn’t been doing. I’m always pretty gentle and delicate with my jackets I wore it a lot but that’s pretty much it. I’m pretty disappointed because I only had it for 4 months at the time. Not sure if anyone else had this experience

You might have already tried but maybe you’d be able to get somewhere if you called to follow up with them? Otherwise it’s possible their customer service has just gone down hill - at some point another person commented on this video saying they were only offered a small store credit for something similar happening so possible they just aren’t standing behind their product as much these days 😓
if you were to pick between both, which would be better.. super puff long or super puff long o2? I don't like the zipper on the o2, but i like the water proof aspect. i also like the look of the long superpuff better than the o2. help!!
Tough choice! I would pick the regular super puff because as you mentioned, the waterproof version looks pretty different and I'm not a huge fan either. That being said, it's the more practical of the two - so I guess it depends on what you're doing in your jacket and how much it being completely waterproof matters to you! If you're outside for hours pretty often and live somewhere it rains a ton might be worth the compromise to be totally protected. I find the regular super puff's water resistance sufficient for being out in the rain for shorter periods of time (walks etc.) but it did soak through when I was snowshoeing for several hours in it during during a heavy, wet snowfall. I don't do that often and care more about the style of the coat, so that's why I didn't go for the 2o in the end. Hope that helps a tiny bit and thanks for watching!

If you’re talking about the one printed on the hood - I would be so nervous about messing it up and ruining the whole coat 😱 unless you were 100% certain that something was going to work and not leave a mark I wouldn’t risk it. The logo on the black one isn’t as noticeable as some of the other colours thankfully!
Jus🎉t picked up my super puff mid rise in matte black and a size large it’s a gorgeous coat so well-made the medium was a little bit snug so I’m about 5 foot five so the coat fits just fine. I also own the Lululemon jacket so it’s good to kind of mix it up during the winter yeah It’s a beautiful coat and the price isn’t actually that bad great review thank you.

Ugh! Sorry to hear they discontinued it, one of my fave colours too. I would check online marketplaces to see if you could find one second hand since they did make that colour for a few years at least! In my area Facebook marketplace seems to have a lot of super puffs but you could also try Poshmark or anything else like that if it’s popular where you live.
Please tell me which tank and jeans you are wearing here. Just bought the cloud puff by wilfred (small size) in vegan leather, olive color. Looks super cool but debating on returning it or not because it is HUGE!
Jeans are thrifted 😭 old from Bluenotes but the tank is new from H&M so you should be able to find that! That one is beautiful 😍 but they do fit big. You could always exchange it for XS or try that on and see if you like it better. Thanks for watching!

I really like them both! I love my shorty in modern taupe and personally prefer that, but one of the things I loved about it were that the cuffs were the same colour as the jacket. Now it looks like they are making modern taupe with black cuffs instead, as with stone taupe. Either way I don’t think you can go wrong though, great neutral colours.
I think it depends on what you plan to layer under them! If you want to wear with sweaters etc. and live a colder climate then I would say stick with your normal size. Hmmm I’m not totally sure! I’ve never skied in it and I don’t think it would be the best option since it might restrict your movement too much. That being said, you can unzip from the bottom as well as the top so maybe you could make it work? Wouldn’t be my first choice for a ski jacket though.

My dog does the same thing! It can be so dangerous to your clothes and with something like the super puff a rip would be so devastating 😩 I returned the waterproof jacket so I don’t have them both to compare sadly. I remember them feeling similar, but I found something online saying the rainstop fabric is a tear resistant technical fabric so maybe it is more durable! Sorry I can’t be of more help, but really appreciate you watching 🤍
I’m currently almost 8 months pregnant so sadly my super puffs are not really zipping up these days! 😅 But, I did purchase the vest after filming this video and I’ve been wearing that tons still since I got a bigger size. @@LouisLuzuka ah that’s annoying being in between sizes! I think the men’s version still has the elastic drawstring at the bottom on each side. I would see if you can adjust it there to make it fit better and stop that pocket of air or at least cold air coming up. At least that (or wearing a layer) might help! With the sleeves too short you’re stuck with that forever so I would hesitate to get the smaller size 😥 My husband had the exact same fit issues as you and he ended up just buying his jacket elsewhere. Too bad since I love mine so much but the fit needs to be there too!

Aw thank you! So appreciate you watching. I haven’t had issues with my shorty from 2020 - no piling or losing feathers thankfully. I feel like the quality is good on the super puffs in general, and if something happened Aritzia is pretty good at replacing or repairing defective items as well.

I haven’t had that experience at all! Never dry cleaned my super puffs - some are machine washable and that’s what I’ve done with mine.

What size you choose? S or XS?

I am 5.6 tall 130lb, which size I should go? I feel xs just fit and zip it without too much space, but go with S, has some space, a little loose

size mens Large is perfect in the body, but the arms are short but the body is so perfect and it keeps me warm like a hug but the arms are short ):
size XL mens is perfect in the arms but the body is a bit open and leaves in pocket of air so its not as warm
or maybe I'm just a odd shaped person, I'm just too tall and too skinny to wear a XL unless I'm purposely wanting to wear a suit underneath and layer

@@LouisLuzuka ah that’s annoying being in between sizes! I think the men’s version still has the elastic drawstring at the bottom on each side.
I would see if you can adjust it there to make it fit better and stop that pocket of air or at least cold air coming up. At least that (or wearing a layer) might help! With the sleeves too short you’re stuck with that forever so I would hesitate to get the smaller size 😥
My husband had the exact same fit issues as you and he ended up just buying his jacket elsewhere. Too bad since I love mine so much but the fit needs to be there too!

When you’re ordering online? I think that depends how close you live to an Aritzia warehouse…in Vancouver shipping is super quick (like 2-3 days) but I’d check the website for the shipping times elsewhere 🤍 thanks for watching!!

I am really disappointed with this jacket. I bought the super puff original and I don’t like the fabric at all. It looks super cheap and it wrinkles so fast🙁

I haven’t had issues with my shorty from 2020 - no piling or losing feathers thankfully. I feel like the quality is good on the super puffs in general, and if something happened Aritzia is pretty good at replacing or repairing defective items as well.
