That's not "some" effort, that took him a lot of effort and struggle.

I've been out of the loop for the past few years from streamers. I was just watching this casually; only just learning about Greek's weight loss, and nearly at the end of this video I come to find out Bryon passed by suicide just half a year after this video is uploaded.

Yeah I was sad about it too. Reckful was seriously one of those guys that no matter what he was going through, always made sure his friends had what they needed and were happy. It really sucks what happened and wish it didn't.
Reckful helped other people but all this time he also needed someone to help him, R.I.P gentle soul.

That's the start. You want to change yourself. I've seen alot of people complaining about buff dudes saying they take roids. When those who said it are overweight and hasn't lifted a weight on their entire life. Oh and the "I have bad genetics I can't grow muscles," is also a good excuse.

Skin will tighten back up over time, it just takes 1-2 years, it could go faster if you live healthy, drink lots of water and rest every day.
I hope this gets to you or you see it, but Bryon, its soooo fucking refreshing to see videos of you again, you genuinely look like youre in a better place, you look really comfortable on camera and looks like you feel you're not alone with the chat and friends, please take care of yourself man and find things and people that will make you happy, youve surrounded yourself with too many of the wrong people over the years and we can tell its messed with you, but sooner or later youre gonna be in that sweet spot where you find effervescence in your life, youre gonna be enjoying every day and youre gonna feel like youve fulfilled so many goals, youre doing gods work already man, just keep on this path of finding happiness. And well, im still as big, nothing has changed. Now i look at him and i feel terrible. Im so proud of him and i can feel his happiness, he is shining so bright. Now i gotta do it right?

You just have to do it now mate. I lost 25 kg in 4 months (pretty extreme) but a mate of mine is losing 2 kg a month. Every one has his own pace. Im rooting for you!
Brother, ngl it is gonna be hard and at times, you will doubt, but in the End, it will be worth it. The important thing is, that you are doing it because you are unhappy. Not because of social standards. Not for anybody else
It’s not about loosing weight and torturing yourself.
Get a gym membership or whatever and start being active. Start leaving healthier. You will get hook once you see the results, you will look better you will feel better you will have more energy.

You know I watched his friends videos and they all said they were there for him but then in this video he says they barely ever even come over. That doesn't jive to me and is hella sketchy.
They're liars. They obviously weren't around him because he was too depressed, or depressing for them. Becca probably broke up with him because he was too sad. This is the reality. He had no good friends in his circle that he could truly count on. He was alone.

Reckful doesn't do proper push-ups thus having it easier, while Greek has a good/better form while doing his thus making it more tough for himself.
I feel like Reckful is desperate to have a friend that does what he does and so but doesn't wanna change place.. Reckful is a chill dude with a rough life, ive not had it too easy myself either, even his psychology sess with the indian psychologist really spoke to me, made me realize something very similar to what he realized, that was that i really loved the guy i became when i was with my ex, when i'm alone i'm not the same, my ex became a jerk in my eyes.. but i miss the person i was to her really much when i sit here alone.. I had so much to give, i had a meaning to my life and i fought for it so hard for the entire last year.. all in vain, now i sit here alone and i try to rebuild
