Here where I live I'll get the black version as a gift. But I couldn't order the black S21 Ultra, so I had to order the silver one

There is the Phantom White variant for you then. I personally like the silver quite a lot it matches the silver border on my iPhone X.

When I try to put on the noice cancellation it tells me to put on the earbuds even though I already have them on. Can someone please help me out on that??
You probably don't have them on properly. Your ear has to cover the ear detection sensors
Can you charge the case wireless or just with the cable?
Yes you can wirelessly charge the case itself to charge the earphones.
