- I tried the new 1€ student menu in France and this is what I got!
Recently in France, the Crous, a regional organization in France that provides student restaurants, student bursaries, student residencies, and more France, is offering student menus for only 1€! The pandemic has had a huge impact on students (financially, mentally). Therefore, the government decided to provide students with a 1€ student menu.

Yes, because it is a student menu. In some student restaurants you can get two desserts or two entrées. Or in others you can only get one dish and 1 entry or 1 dessert.
If you want to you can order two student menus.
It's only 1€ lol and you don't really need 2 desserts ^^

Considering we are in 2024........I have found out tat the 1 euro menu option is still available. My seniors have told me. I will be joining emlyon business school in september 2024.
Do you think, the 1 euro option will be scrapped since we are no longer suffering from covid?

hi! french student here, you don't have to worry, the 1 euro menu is still available and won't be scrapped
But just to say, this isn't available to everyone, but only to students with scolarships (CROUS), the others have to pay 3,30 for the same menu
