Haaaaa!! Last Saturday was a half off sale at Salvation Army - told myself i was not ALLOWED to go- Well……. 2 hours and a cart full later …. LOL …. I could swear that even my death pile was giving me the side eye ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I too am no different and have a very large death pile. At the end of last year, though I really put myself in check and have slowed way down on sourcing new items and I’m working through my death pile and you know what I got some really good stuff in there! As you do too, I’m sure. What do you think about doing a death pile haul video? Maybe pull a selection of stuff out from your death pile and do a video and show us what you got girl! 🤗🤷🏻♀️

The last couple times you've shown walking into your Goodwill have looked like paradise to me- wide open spaces full of treasure, and you have the store all to yourself?! Dreamy! It was nice to be reminded of the Tibi brand. Have never found it, but heard the name once. I need to keep my eyes peeled for it! Congrats on that sale! The best!! The veil is beautiful. I hope you sell it quick! I love your shipping videos best followed by Thrift With Me's. It does look like paradise! Unfortunately it’s not usually like that, I filmed both the recent thrifting videos when the weather was terrible out, so no one else braved the storm. Such beautiful weather here this weekend! ☀️ I’m so ready for spring summer!

I’ve become super picky and mostly selling small items recently.I live in a tiny 2 bedroom house so I constantly struggle keeping organized, especially when I was selling everything. I have been picking up more a variety of items though that I know will sell quickly and good money. It’s been working out. I’ve had some slow past few months but when I look at the past year I’m still growing and doing better. Anyways I say that to say I don’t know what a death pile is anymore lol! It’s become much less stressful. Happy you are finding designer pieces 😊
Up until a few years ago, I didn’t do any clothing. I’d really like to transition back to that. I really get excited about jewelry and accessories, and they take up far less room. Glad you are having success at not having a “money” pile. I hope to do a clear out this summer and reduce my clutter. It is stressful for sure. Of course Amy! Good luck clearing out some clutter! I also did a deep purge of items starting last summer, got an antique booth, also took items to a consignment store and donated some items as well. I had accumulated so much as I was buying bulk lots from a local auction house. It helped my anxiety and stress so much!!

Usually by this time I’m at over 500 in sales for the week . This week …..250. Thought about what you said about not getting sales when you have a case opened . Yikes . It’s annoying .

Your Goodwill prices seem to still be reasonable. Where I live, it is becoming prohibitive to buy GW and resell for any profit. Never would have found those belts for less than $4 and Tibi would have been ridiculous ($50 or more) unless it totally slipped by somewhere . Evidentially, the prices are set at some regional location according to a price list. Many items are sent to their GW on-line store. You are very fortunate!
I definitely have a death pile right now! I have been trying to list on Chairist but I am really intimidated by just all the info that needs to go in there! did that ever happen to you Amy?

I definitely get overwhelmed by my death piles. 💰 Sometimes I feel like they ask for to much info on Chairish, but I also feel like it’s helpful for the buyers to have lots of info about the item. I think it helps get higher prices. Unfortunately I just found out that Chairish is raising the seller fee to 30%. 😓 I’ll talk more about it in an upcoming ship with me video.
