I figured it out... tell me if im wrong, but it's a 3ds custom home menu. Cia patching.. The method no longer works and is needed to be uninstalled or ignored if it's on a lower firmware. Source?? It's online... Ps to do this, you needed to dump your home menu into a cia and edit that cia on your pc. Get cheat engine and hxd and edit values to change things. Hope this cleared some things up. And no, this isn't a patch. Edit:the theme is normal just has been through 3ds custom home menu.
@@obamaslayer3557 But there is no 2TB micro SD, mini SD, or SD card on the market. The biggest card you can obtain is 1TB. As a person with a 1TB card, I don't think the person here showing off their collection are even near using a 1TB card.

i think the titles titles are because of their theme on their 3ds
Nand modding, it's not the easiest to do, and can easily brick if you don't do it right

You can create a custom cia file with Howling theme tool and if you install the cia then your themes are in your normal theme menu
