@Hysteriaj I've had that problem with some vids on here. Try right clicking on the vid, go to "settings", then uncheck the box that says "enable hardware acceleration". That worked for me!
That's because I think it is the Mowry twins, it could be i mean it is very possible. They were like 12 or 13 that year and most girls that age were into them no matter if they were famous or not.
They kind of do look like Tia & Tamera Mowry so much though, I mean they were like 12 or 13 the year this was filmed. I compared that part with them in it to a young picture of them and it sort of does look like them, plus they are dressed the same way and in the front row....vip? lol.
