Th9 is the most technical town hall to play on. Base making is incredibly hard to make a really good base. With my base making skills. I have tested so many war bases and the ones with central queen and cc seem to not do as well as my custom builds. Where I put non central cc and queen together and king/ x bows on opposite side of base. A well put together kill squad will always get central queen and cc anyways. However, I’m still doing research with base making testing new entries and strategies. Great video though! 👍🏽
Same here... I built a ton of bases. whenever I protected my queen and cc well they still smashed me. But now I built a base that defends very well. Didn‘t got 3 stared in 3 wars (5hits)
you said that the wall breaker would attack the town hall in minute 11:50?, what do you mean I thought wall breakers would try to attack the closest enclosed/trapped building, I'm confused, Any answers would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think the AQ would've been able to target the eagle from the other side even if it was touching the Clan Castle because the eagle has that different footprint, right?
Awesome video! I was looking for one of these a couple days ago! I am in a clan where we don't have any siege machines, so we don't tend to face clans with them. We are more of a casual clan, so not maxed bases. Should I still put my th 10 on the outside?
The chances that your opponents miss the TH in middle of your base is very very low even without a siege. I would focus on defending against the triple and not take the risk of giving them the easy attack, keep it outside. Not only that but maybe you can bait a few of their people into looting your TH instead of using their attacks for something useful lol
Good vid about the th12 Townhall.. in CWL I’ve seen a few top clans run bases with Townhall in the core should I run a base like that for CWL or stick with my anti 3 design?
If you are playing in higher leagues then I would stick with anti 3* bases. Maybe in lower leagues where attackers aren’t as good you can get away with the anti 2* bases, need to try to judge the skill of the attacker

E dragons could require different Placements aswell, and i still dont know where to build big compartments where to build small, where should i use Channels Like Just a Video of you building a Base from the ground Up. I dont know how to use my Walls eventhough that Sounds stupid

I made a war base and checked for any flaws, it's very symmetrical and idk if that's a bad thing since you didn't mention it(or maybe I missed it). It's a Th9 btw
Symmetrical doesn’t mean bad, tho only downside of symmetry is if you can start a Queen Charge at the center of the symmetry and not have to use any troops to funnel her since it wouldn’t matter which way she goes. If it’s a giant pain to drop her at the spot on your base then symmetry won’t be an issue
The only time I see them being effective inside walls is on anti 2* bases to protect TH, but usually those bases are so easy to beat that I wouldn’t recommend it
Hi Eric. Big fan here. I heard somewhere wallbreakers target wall enclosures having a building standing. Is it really defences instead of any building?
If you watch the clan war leagues. Where the world champions do attacks, the town hall is always out on the edge and the clan castle is always close to the edge. I’ve copied a lot of bases and I won’t copy a base that set up like that. So him talking about that clan castle being close to the edge they don’t seem to follow their own rules
Hey question idk if u can see this, but I tried the 3 tiles eagle rule. But it didn’t work? I got attacked in war and the enemies queen took out my eagle? Even tho there was 3 tiles away? I had it where there’s 2 tiles between the two walls layers separating the eagle from a outside compartment?
I still dont understand why you would want to put your th outside. I know it helps prevent three stars, but it also means youll never win a defence if every body targets the th. I would do that to prevent a three star in like clan wars but just an average attack is pretty dumb. You could lose 30 trophies just because you gave your attack to some noob.

honestly, it’s hard for me to understand why the town hall would be outside the base reguardless of the level. i’m personally trying to stay in crystal league right now and im hanging on by threads
These are tips for war bases, not farming bases. For war your primary objective is to stop the 3 Star even if you have to give up an easy TH so putting TH on the outside makes so half the siege machine a can only enter from the opposite side of it to enter the base

Im confused bc the description for the town hall says "destroying an opponent's town hall wins you the battle and gets you one star" so wouldnt it be bad to leave your town hall outside the walls?
Getting 2 stars is pretty much a guarantee anywhere. If you place th outside it limits sieges and doesn't affect the core of the base and you can make a much more effective anti 3 star base

Healers go green when they are switching targets

I learned the hard way that even if the Townhall has been taken out the wall breaker siege machine will still go to where the Townhall was

What you said about the CC (not lureable) is so true! I even do that at TH7 and it screws up attackers all the time!
Makes a big difference, especially in lower TH levels
You should update this from the patch for the eagle range for the queen.
