- Today we test out FI interchiller set up VS my top mounts (with ice). Will say the out come was not what I thought would happen, but very happy with both cars.

Top mounts and F.I would be the best route it seems. Too costly though

@Nd_72 have you considered installing the interchiller in the rear trunk and running it alongside the HE?
kinda I want to try a standalone system all in the rear
What is the heat exchanger in the trunk for next to the ice tank
it is for when trying to drop temps at the track. it has a fan
Top Mounts seems better option as they also add boost per Vtech
yes they do add about 1 psi, but just think running both. your temps never go over 50f on a 90f day
Running both is perfect but again cost comes into play for a older vehicle that why I stopped at a certain point on the Srt6

@@waltscrossfiresrt6 weren't you the guy who made fun of me for recommending the 4-mods TCU tune, which is hands down the best TCU tune? And yes it beats Vtech and yes it has proven better track numbers? And now look what my boy is driving in his 32 AMG? Right....the 4 mode TCU tune. Wish more people would do their homework and not just pull random info out of their hats....
@@Nd_72since you were so adamant about Vtech TCU tunes...how about you give a comparison between the Andrew Tieken 4-mode TCU vs V-Techs TCU tune? Again....not knocking Vtech. Vtech has great ECU tunes...but TCU...no comparison

Issue with interchiller is AC compressor turns off at wot. So it’s relying coolant reservoir
I am sure I can find a way to bypass the turn off at wot

Single pass intercooler, stage 2 interchiller, meth, hood tank and Bosch 010 pump I never exceed 100 degrees f
what boost are u running
Can’t test a v6 vs a v8
y not the are the same block just 2 less pistons
Theoretically speaking the v8 would produce more heat.
