None of them are gods. Spoilers ahead. 1. Neuvillette is the Hydro Dragon Sovereign while considered the most powerful being in Teyvat they are still considered Dragons and not Gods. 2. Furina is "merely" the Human Half of an Archon and Archons are no Gods as they are using Gnosis which are made out of the body of the third Descender to access the Stolen Power of the Dragon Sovereigns or otherwise known as the Divine Seats. 3. Zhongli is an adeptus thus while Powerful not a God, he also was given a Gnosis of Dragon Sovereign. 4. Ajax is a human who as a child fell into the abyss where he met Skirk and then was trained by her. Later on he became the youngest of the 11 Fatui Harbingers and obtained a Delusion, which as we know is Detrimental to the health of the User.

Zhongli is a Prime Adeptus which explains his extraordinaire power compared to other Adepti before he obtained the Gnosis. He became known as the God of Contracts due to him making contract with the other Adepti so they fight with him.
Honestly… none of them are a true Archon, even admitted in Liyue’s archon quest says that “Barbatos is the only remaining of the original seven” or smth like that. Zhongli is but a human form of Morax, not possessing the true powers of him, also admitted that he can no longer make mora and that is the reason he never looks at price tags. Neuvillette is a dragon, not an Archon. Furina is a creation of the actual God, acting as her orders and that is playing as the God of Justice. Childe is just, the Eleventh of the Fatui Harbingers, worthy of one of the eleventh of the most powerful in that organization

As it is a combination of the responding Dragon Sovereigns stolen power, a gnosis connects the user to the seat of an Archon which plainly said is nothing more than the stolen power of the 7 Dragon Sovereigns (stolen by the Heavenly Principles) and the body of the third Descender

The issue is that saying Neuvi is a god conflicts with canon. He is a dragon sovereign, of whom's power was stolen to give to a god. He doesn't have a demon name like any of the gods either. It's like calling Apep a god basically
