PLEASE, what is the button on the PS controller to actually start the practice in the arena? I can’t find that start button with 2 concentric circles and 1 point in the center

all this is relevant during normal gameplay. in the last 7 months, they gave a normal connection for three days - the players themselves run, open up, choose the right positions. With a bad connection, you can write a book here
