Nou going to complain nor disrespect anyone because that's Sucka shit and I'm better than that. A measurement of a man isn't when he's on top but when he gets knocked down and is challenged to get his ass up or lay down. Well, I won't lay down, but I'm going to take some time, reflect on the journey and plan my next move. I wanna thank you all and I mean all of you even the ones who wished for my downfall because deep down we all in this together. I witnessed @ronniecoleman8 lose to @jaycutler ther @mrolympia08 dethrone @jaycutler and then Jay coming out like a fuckin animal an reclaiming his title. Then of course the night I defeated, now wait, I won my first Olympia title and boy was that a wild ride filled with emotions that only a person who has won could fathom. Being on top for 7 straight years is a long damn time so imma relish in that, spend time with my own thoughts and continue to give all Honor to God because He has definitely provided me an incredible life that many of you have been apart of Thank you thank you thank you everyone in attendance and those watching around the world. We saw history be made and I for one got a chance to be apart of life! Man l can't lie this sucks but there's always tomorrow. Shows your in depth knowledge, understanding about bodybuilding. Of late it has been mass understanding that mass monsters mean bodybuilding which is absolutely not. Right amount of muscle, muscle symmetry, definition, conditioning and then genetics (muscle shape) so many things make bodybuilding. Thank you for right and appropriate comments on each shot. Not biased but all facts. I feel happy about Shawn Rodden. Phil can take it back if learns to control his front mid section, aesthetic posing. But today was Shawn Rodden'd day, amazing that he pulled off this at this age.
To me Shawn's conditioning and aesthetics won the day, he can still improve his back and arms tho.

After Pre judging I knew Shawn is looking better and more conditioned but I thought they'll give Phil the title because of his back shots and as he's reigning champ.
But when Shawn won I was completely blown away and happy.

I was not a fan of shawn rhoden before i wanted see phil and ramy's rivalary but when i saw shawn rhoden he just amazed me in prejudging he was looking like a true bodybuilder not just mass monsters. He showed the world what he's capable of. He shut the phil's mouth and showed him true bodybuilding. But I think roelly will be on 2nd place. And phil is retiring now he will not compete again and i think It means kai greene will come next year. Waiting to see him on stage
