Stretching is the main thing, stretch everyday and be careful not to hurt yourself. There’s a lot of stretch tutorials on RUclips, just look up “how to get (kick you’re trying to practice) higher” and quite a few results will pop up. But also, every body has a limit and is different, don’t beat yourself up if you can’t kick at someone’s head or higher, especially right off the bat. Good luck !

In fairness, Asimov only got the upper hand when he got the jump on Spike. Spike embarrassed him pretty easy in the actual fight (with Asimov on red eye, nonetheless). Vincent is pretty clearly an expert in martial arts, while Mad Pierrot is a superhuman that was experimented on in a lab for years. And Ed's dad is a giant lmao
First just learn jeet kune do also Bruce lee also had teachings about philosophy witch I always was interested I’ve always been a fan of him it also consists of mma of wing chun, jujutsu, boxing, fencing, Muay Thai, there might have been some I’ve missed but I definitely recommend learning jeet kune do teachings and its martial art’s
