Is this kind of machine can see pregnancy if only check kidney , i got big belly and it feels like sometimes its like there is moving inside and i get this kind of ultrasound instead of sending in an ob

Of course the ultrasound study of the lower abdomen can see the fetus in the sac in pregnancy.
But I intend to demonstrate only general abdominal ultrasound.
Your feeling of movement in the abdomen could be bowel movement causes if fetal can move should be in late pregnancy.
