#1 Jeonghan Trash Ohh thats a little odd...I think you should maybe try re-applying because the email they send will give you confirmation as to when and where it will be...but if you already know where and when, im pretty sure they would take walk-ins 😊👍

Reapply I had to reapply until I got a confirmation email!! It was 2 days before the actual audition for the 22nd on May!!

LOLOLOL i was like scrolling through the comments and when you showed the picture of the audition you were in i was suprised because i was there too and just like you i just wore really casual clothes which made me really awkward because some people really dressed up nicely while im just you know HAHAHAHAHA too bad we didn't talk back then :(

I found I was really nervous because I wasn't prepared at all when they asked me to sing more and to dance as well 😂 I forgot to add this tip in the video, but hopefully this will help you in your auditions! Asian Rose Usually companies will post on social media when they hold global auditions. I am from Australia. But I found out through an Australian company called the academy au. I have heard about online auditions but I haven't met anyone who has actually passed an online one :/.
I actually just barely passed my first audition and now I have a private audition soon and I am actually so scareddd ahaha.
Here's where the people who were at the audition went wrong: they wore heavy makeup and fancy clothing, which doesn't help the judges see how you can fit into more than one concept. You wore the correct styling: simple clothes and minimal makeup. If they can't imagine you in other styles, they won't pick you. Versatility is super important, and that's why we see so many concepts in kpop.

JAMES R Np! 😊 I didnt wear any glasses when I auditioned but im guessing its better to not wear them so they can clearly see your face and they havent contacted so I dont think I made it to the next round 😂

I went to the SM one in Toronto and also made a video about my experience there! It went alright, I think, but I think I was the only rapper in my whole group (I did Spring Day by BTS). It was pretty fun :) btw and great covers 😁

No Yes Not right away but I think it takes about 2 weeks to a month for them to process 😊

I have always loved music and dance from a young age and I was fascinated when I first saw kpop. I have been working on my vocals for about 3 months now. I want to audition, but I don't know if there is an age limit and if I can muster enough courage to audition in front of people. If I can get some basic information about this stuff that would be splendid!!

I’ve sent in my audition form and have received the confirmation email, but I have no information on the location and time of the San Francisco audition and it’s really soon~~ Any advice?
Hmmm the confirmation email should've had the location and time included so thats kinda weird...Id try to submit another application again and see if that one includes the location and time but if you receive the same email again, i think you should ask other people who are attending the same audition when and where it will be and just go in with a screenshot of the confirmation email you received. I’m half Chinese, I’d love to audition for any company tbh but I’m ugly af and can’t sing, rap, dance or model which sounds dumb because you obviously need at least one of these skills. I’ve never sang in my life and I’ve been trying recently but my voice is really quiet, like I actually don’t know how to sing audibly? Does anyone have any tips? As for dancing I think I may be able to pull off something if I attempt to practice a routine.

You should talk with your parents
I'm sure they will allow it and support you
And I personally think that private ones are probably better since they will pay more and better attention on you than on public ones

hey!! did they allow you to play the song of your choice for your dance? or did they play a random song for you?? because ive heard that sm would play a random song and ask you to freestyle for dance?
Im pretty sure for SM its freestyle dance but for the entertainment that I auditioned, you were allowed to prepare your own choice of song to dance to for up to 1 minute 😊
Do you have to know Korean? I mean I am currently learning it, but I am not sure if I’ll be able to speak fluently. Anyways, do they speak English to you or Korean? (Also, which entertainment is it?)
Not really, if you get accepted you'll have language classes

Marion Fok you should get there early, that means you'll be one of the first to audition, and you wont wait too long haha...And yes im guessing they'd get more tired as the day goes on, but ultimately I think if you have the potential and talent, it shouldnt matter 😊

Boy Story nobody’s perfect, even kpop idols. A lot of idols struggle with eating disorders and depression. You will be surprised about the amount of korean celebrities that have committed suicide

Hi, can I ask, did they speak English there? I’m from Finland so I can’t really speak Korean, I’m learning but yea... Did they speak, it would be much easier if they can.
And did you have to say your name (etc.) in Korean, I maybe want to go, but yea first I need to go Korea btw. And the paper... So can I just write everything in English or do I have to get my Korean friend with me to help me :D
The lady outside explained the process in english, the judges were all Korean. I think one of them might've been the translator because he was the one who did most of the talking and he usually spoke to the middle judge before talking to me, but when we did the camera test I just looked at their gestures 😂 I did my introduction in english, but i was already stuttering so I didnt bother with other languages hahaha... As of going to Korea, I have no idea because I only went to the global audition so it might be totally different from my experience, I'm pretty sure they would know basic english though...I would bring a friend just in case 😊

You can leave the audition after youre done singing right?
After you sing they might ask you to dance or make you do a camera test like I did, but once that's over you can go home and they'll contact you through the info that you gave on the form 😊
I would like to try to audition for a K-pop company, but here is a list of reasons why I shouldn't:

- I am learning Korean, but I don't understand it/I can't speak or write it
- The K-pop industry is messed up

Lilian Nightingale it's an audition and casting company called Introcasting, they discovered people like IOI Chung Ha, as well as members from The Ark, Block B, DIA, etc. 😊
