I do not recommended to buy a house only looking at the floor plans or a video, when you walk through it is completely different feeling. We just had this experience.

2 streets over from you we have 11 vacation rentals -" My Beach" ;-) when we moved here , has become Realators Rental Beach

I think it getting unaffordable it’s getting crazy no jobs to support house cost in palm coast
