I have sooooo many scraps of 1nch by 6 inch paper, and I think this will help me use them. I love the wider panel in the middle and narrow ones on each side. The oval with the flowers is fantastic. Can't wait to get started making regular cards after the first of the year! Thanks, Julia!
I liked the strip on top of the white belly band. And you could add that to any card really. It feels good to get back to all occasion cards again, I must admit. Have a peace filled Christmas my Friend.
I love your cards you made. They are so beautiful. I know now how I will make cards for my family for their birthdays.thank you for sharing your tutorial video with us. 🤗 Darlene watching from Alabama.
Julia you always make such nice cards without using a diagram! I liked how you made the bookmark by browsing the cardstock after adding the left over pieces from the 3/4" strips of paper.
Thanks Roxanne. These are pretty basic card layouts, and the paper was really easy to use. Penny Black always does such a nice job with their collections. Have a wonderful Christmas and I'll see you in the New Year!
Hi Julia. What great cards -- all of them. Thanks so much for not doing Christmas cards. As much as I love them, I'm about done with seeing and making Christmas cards for this year. I wish you a very Merry Christmas and all the best in 2025. ❤ 🇨🇦 😊 🎄
LOL I thought we might be ready to move on to some everyday cards. May your Christmas shine bright and bring you many wonderfilled memories. Hugs from down South!
Hey julia. I love those papers you used simply gorgeous. Thank you so much for all you share. I always love seeing you and your makes. I wish you and your loved ones, a very merry xmas. You take care of you. See you soon. Xx❤
Julia-beautiful cards. I love the embellishments especially the ones on the plaid card. For a while I completed cards with the scraps too and that was some of favorite cards. I need to get back in that habit.
That is the absolute truth. This cut template is nothing new, but remains one of the most versatile. Have a Merry Christmas and I'll see you in the New Year!
AWESOME cards!!! GREAT cutting tip for 6x6 papers!!! LOVE the use of the pears for an anniversary card!!! I like your goal of reducing your studio footprint by a percentage. Merry Christmas!!!
Great cards, loved the blue plaid card with the white flowers you showed first and the card using the balloon punch, I had forgotten about that technique, gotta get my punch out and make a few flowers. Hope you and Jon have a wonderful Christmas in your new home and blessings to you both.
Thanks so much! The balloon punch is one of my favs for quick flowers. They are big and bold. I added gold glitter glue to that one, and it really pops! Merry Christmas Helen, may your season be filled with Peace and Joy!
Thank you! I had lots of fun with these and you can really pile on the paper when you change the cut of the card base just a little bit. Merry Christmas Andrea!
Hi you so much for the ideas of using 6 x 6 paper pads I have quite a few items need to use up. And lovely cards. Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year. X ❤🎉😊
Merry Christmas to you as well! 6x6 paper is so much easier to use up than 12x12. But I still have way too much of both. It's going to be a long process, but I'm really going to try and use up more paper per card this next year. See you then!!
Wishing you a Merry Christmas in your new home! Love the ideas. I have way too much paper and everything else. I’ve been trying to use some up too since we had to move it all and I got a really good look at all that I have.
It's crazy isn't it??!! I am filling donation boxes and maxing out my card bases with layers of paper. Done with being conservative and saving scraps too. But there are always those things we can't use and don't want to get rid of...it's nuts! Have a Merry Christmas Susan, one filled with Peace and Joy!
I truly love ❤ that you make your cards on your channel. I enjoy crafting with you. And I appreciate all the ideas. Your super talented. I too am trying to use what I have.
I am so glad you are enjoying the channel Lynette! Making cards just speaks to me somehow more than anything else I have ever done. There is so much creativity you can put into a card...Have a Merry Christmas and I'll see you next year.
Hi Laura and Thank You - I always keep mine handy. It is very useful for a quick sentiment. Have a very Merry Christmas and I'll see you in the New Year.
That's a fun idea Bernice! And in the past I would have kept them to use, but I am turning over a new leaf in the studio and limiting the size of scraps I keep. I have to do something to get a grip on all the paper I have...

Lovely cards
Thanks Susan - Merry Christmas!
Some of those really tiny scraps that are left over can be used to decorate a matching envelope...
