You definitely should stretch before a workout, dynamic stretches are the best before any intense agility workout. My problem with these "stretches" is that none of them are beneficial if you don't hold them for at least 30 sec. Studies show that your muscles don't remember a stretch done less than that. Hope you don't pay him cause he's doing nothing *sips tea*

2) Pacquiao's conditioning has gotten worst can only box 1 minute every round
3) Pacquiao lost to Bradley while his conditioning is getting worst and worst
4) Heredia did better job against Marquez during their last two fights (Marquez3, Marquez4)
5) Pacquiao's conditionin is only good for 6 rounds and went down at the end of it
6) He took the cutoff man's job
7) He literally took Freddie Roach's coaching job
