actually that's how the whole industry works Most of the reel you see has been shot way before they are released even all those shows they appear on for promos...they are shot almost one.month prior to release.. No hate...I love somi and ofc they trust her but it's just not her!

After that failed she went on to another reality where IOI was formed which she eventually was a member of. Like all reality show groups they disbanded and since JYPE didn't seem interested in debuting her in a group she left and joined Black Label as a soloist being an already recognizable idol from Sixteen and her days in IOI. There are rumours that she was to debut in Itzy but I've never seen proof that confirms that.
@@EluthienI think it’s because somi was spotted with itzy pre debut a lot of times and she was with itzy during a twice concert way back before itzy debuted and most kpop companies especially jype they let their pre debut groups watch jyp artist concert to let them learn how to perform such as concerts. Although there’s no direct proof that she was part of the itzy lineup, itzy themselves was always associated with somi and it kinda shows that she really trained with them. I’m happy for itzy and somi even though it’s only a theory or rumors, we can see that they are on good terms and happy for each other ❤
