For the inflatables, that isnt possible as it takes over a week just to set them up one time. So many anchors to hold them in place, etc.
We did the 4-Hr Adventure Tour with Crab Island Company 2 weeks ago. Their Adventure Park has a few inflatables, paddleboards, and kayaks. Then they take you to Crab Island to hang out/walk around/play. It was great!
Cheapest condo we found was 200k for 400sqf. My wife and I want to have one down there so bad. Congratulations 👏 on your purchase!!!! Amd next adventure!!!

It can be quiet and peaceful or it can be a drunken madhouse... depends who you're with, what day you go and where you anchor up!

Weekdays are very calm and peaceful, anchoring on the outside is peaceful.. It's not always super crowded!

I would not advise bringing an infant.
Wouldn’t recommend but if you were I would recommend the shuttle boat
