    I have never seen a channel like this one yet and love the idea of your channel... I feel like many of these tips, I use in my parenting lol... haha, This is my oldest daughters first year of school (kindergarten) I can barely manage 2 kid at home.. :P I could not imagine trying to teach a handful of students... hands down you both you and teachers who help educate our future

      Terlyn Parks Thank you for popping by! I think we might be the first teacher duo channel. I’ve seen lots of others with solo teachers but no other combos. I’m hoping that there might be some interest for this kind of thing both from teachers and parents (and students too, perhaps!) it’s a tough job but it’s very rewarding. I’m sure you feel the same way about motherhood. Do your girls enjoy school?

      Thanks so much Darin! We had a lot of fun filming this one. Is there anything you would add? I can't imagine you getting nervous before an observation?

      For Teachers it’s always nerve racking when someone is in there watching you do your thing. I like what you said at the end about waiting to hear what they say. Hahaha. #awkward.

      Darin Nakakihara Yep it’s always awkward. I feel like there are different ways people react and we show both sides in our video. I do genuinely feel like I’m improving at observations! Maybe this video will help others feel a bit more human about the feedback process. Have you got any videos similar to this we can check out?

      For Teachers I'm more of a have a plan but also wing it kinda guy. Don't know what's Gona happen with my kids most the time so always expect to have to change things last second

    • @ForTeachersChannel
      @ForTeachersChannel  6 лет назад +1

      LODintheshadows Yep agreed even with the best plan in the world you never quite know what the kids will do on the day! It’s better to be flexible and adapt as you go. Thanks for sharing your personal observation experiences ☺️
