  • I know a bunch of gluten free recipes since at one time I was trying my best to stay off the stuff but its a struggle, many gluten free foods are just plain gross and there nothing like the over-processed item we call BREAD! So every know and then I make one of my gluten free recipes and today is one of those days! I'm making my original recipe Crispy Bake Seasoned Potato Wedges
    Seasoned Baked Gluten Free Potato Wedges
    2 Potatoes (sliced into wedges) 3/4 Cup Tapicoa Flour
    Whatever seasons you like! Oh and don't forget the Green Goddess Seasoning!
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil Water for spraying potatoes
    Season potatoes and tapicoa flour,take potatoes and roll each in tapicao flour, place on oiled baking tray or silicone mat, spray each potato with water until flour is wet, roll them around in the olive oil and place in the oven set at 375 degrees flip potatoes at halfway mark, bake until potato is soft and outer flour has browned serve hot! ENJOY!
