The day this video gets taken down - is the day I ....... In other words please don't ever take this down! I stumbled upon this one miserable day when I was looking for good live versions of songs I like and this one may take the cake. Shivers down my spine every time. THANK YOU..
I feel what you mean, theres just a few little things in witch one can hold up, for you its this amazing live performance, i really hope things are better for you now, i hope you can come back here, not looking for a reason that can stop you, but instead, you came back looking for something that gives you the will to keep going
The songwriting is always top notch with these guys. Not many lyricists can thread together and truly inhabit their characters in the songs they write, this guy makes you believe every single word.
such intensity... so much passion... been a fan for quite a while but this is the first i've seen these two gallants play. you can hear it on the studio recordings but to see it is an entirely other experience.
My childhood friend Joe got me into the Two Gallants. Been friends since 3 years old and this is still by far his greatest gift to me apart from his friendship.
Just saw em last night in SF. Holy crap! Furious. Relentless. Raw. Last show of a tour and they left it all right there in the room. Especially "Las Cruces". Tore right through the crowd. In my blown mind there is not a single band that can touch Two Gallants right now.
@rockyrob07 that's true, after their last scheduled show they flipped their van in a snowstorm, Adam suffered a dislocated shoulder, and wont be playing guitar anytime soon. the good news is that he can move his arms enough to play Christmas songs on the ukulele, can't remember where I read that- lol. needless to say, Adam and Tyson make an amazing show and they'll be back! But I do love Adam's solo music!!!
@ChillpointNews Great NEWS! They are touring again best news ive had in a long time. I have had alot of people close to me pass away. With there music my days seem alot better.
How can a drummer and lead guitarist both be the lead singer of a band? They both do so much work. This song wouldnt be what it was without the drums driving the weird tempo changes. And it also wouldnt be what it was without the lead singer screaming out such great lyrics.
I signed in to my youtube account (a rarity anymore) just to say that at 1:39 when he flicks the capo off is probably the coolest thing i've ever seen done on stage. straight up "I don't give a fuck". I can't recomend these guys enough. I saw adam do his solo stuff as an opener for the felice brothers. and i was blown away by his guitar playing. then i picked up some two gallants and..........
2:40-4:05 is why I can’t listen to their records. This is the definitive version of this song. The post hardcore bands of this era wish they were this heavy.
I have shown this video to everyone I know. I love this band so much. The energy they put into their music is amazing. Favorite band hands down.

What’s NME?

I'm like shaking after just watching this, I can't even imagine having been there live. Such a powerful performance by an incredible band.
The best live version of this song I've ever seen!
Incredible. My favorite musicians 100%. Gotta get to a show

i randomly went to their show in dour festival 2011 @ Belgium because the name sounded interesting. I was completely blown away after the show!
I'm addicted to Tyson Vogel. His unique melodic drumming is exactly what I'm trying to achieve with my training!
