I have watched so many videos, but you are the best teacher hands down. I am so impressed. Thank you for making it simple enough that anyone can learn.
You are the best teacher that I have seen on RUclips. I've been battling with centering and pulling up, but now having watched your video I can't wait to have another go!
You are, without doubt, the most communicative and sensible pottery teacher on RUclips. Seen months of stuff. So glad I found your channel.
You're a fantastic teacher. You know why you are doing what you are doing and what the potential pitfalls are. Then you have the skills to pass your knowledge to others. These are some of the best tutorials on RUclips.
You are an amazing teacher. I've learned more here than the numerous classes I have taken. Your voice is also very calming which makes learning a new step very reassuring. Thank you so much!
I've had a year of lessons and watched hundreds of videos, but I have to say, this two part series was extremely helpful. You taught things I have not heard before! Thanks so much.
Thank you so much Danielle - you have highlighted so many important little tips that I haven't heard yet, and very simple things to be aware of, especially when centering! Much appreciated :)
I'm so glad it helped you!
I love u Clay Lady! My instructor doesn't teach. He is "available" for questions but as a beginner you don't always know what to ask. Like I didn't know about pot lifts! THANK YOU! Please keep the videos coming. I'm headed to the studio now with new excitement!
You are now "officially" my ceramic Muse!
Wow, I feel like I have finally seen the light! There is so much I understand now that I didn't before. I have watched a million videos on centering, opening and pulling. This 2 part series has addressed everything I was doing wrong as a beginner & I'm confident I'll be able to have a much better result today when I go to the studio. I especially like the centering method, I agree with coning up & down that it introduces too much water to the clay. It ends up too wet & is difficult to work with, and oftentimes I wreck my piece. I can't wait to put these methods to work today! Thank you for this video!
Your voice is so soothing, your moves are so elegant. Your teaching is an art.
Thank you! Please come see me if you are in Nashville.
Thank you, lovely clear instructions . Great teaching style .
I agree, you really are the best teacher that I've watched on line. thank you very much.
As a woman, you showed me how to center in spite of my weak upper body strength. Most of the other videos are done by men and their way of centering never worked for me. Your clarity is highly appreciated - thanks again.
Such a great teacher !!!

PostDanielle - very interesting and you made it into a simple process. As a right handed person I like steps 1-3.
