48 hours is too much 😢 dont try to fool that it is trainig , it is basically harassment.
Kabhi rules pade ho agar 6 -6 din jaroori hota kam krna ek sath to govt ke 12 ghante kam phir next 12 ghante ki chhuti wale rules nahi hote.

N the strange part is this doc saab n many other doctors wl tell this kind of story as if it is a big achievement n everything is completely fine n normal which actually is not.
This system should b changed as it is affecting the patients n of course the doctors too. When the doctor himself is not active which patient wl want to go to such doctors but the poor patients doesnt hv any option but to go to that thaka hua mara hua doctor only. N yeah by doing 36 hours duty doctors in residency wont learn anything extra too. For effective learning the person should b active n attentive. Active 8 hrs duty/ learning everyday wil give better result than doing duty for 36 hrs non stop where half of the time the doctor is not active or irritated due to overwork or lack of sleep. So this system needs to be changed for the betterment of the society, patients n the doctors, by increasing the number of hospitals n doctors appropriately.

If he won't normalize how we would speak on Josh talk. At the end he has to show face to his seniors abhi PG chal rahi hai unki khatm ni hui.

Doc saab is saying that it is quite rewarding to see patients smile. But the reality is most of the docs especially in residency are not smiling at all. I hvnt seen any of them smiling as they r already so tired n they somehow wants to finish up the work n just thinking when wl they get some time to rest. Thats how it is in reality n here Doc saab is saying as if everything is fine which i find it funny. Com’on buddy dnt normalise n glamorise it, especially that part where residents r working for 36 hrs non stop. Things which r wrong or not so great should b told in the same way to the public as it is.
I m sure he must b crying everyday during his residency n must b wishing like somehow if that tenure gets over but now telling the story as if it was great which actually was not.

Dr. Khokan aap khud doctor hoke aisi illogical baat kaise bol rahe ho😅 Ek surgeon Jo fresh body aur mind se operation karne aa raha hai aur dusra ek surgeon Jo lagaatar 36 ghante ki duty karke Bina soye aa raha hai. Khud batao apna life kiske haath mein sopna chahoge😌 Junior doctors ko strong banane k naam pe aise torture Kiya jaata hai, jiska end result bhugatte hai patients. Bohut baari dekh chuka hoon yeh. Developed countries mein koi doctor lagaatar 18 ghante se zyada kaam nahi kar sakta chahe senior ho ya junior aur ek baar residency aur training complete ho jaye, 2 din ki chhutti most doctors ko milti hai. Isiliye patient care bhi utna achhe se ho pate hai. Agar kisi ke apne body aur mind mein hi peace nahi toh woh kaise treat karega patients ko sahi se😅

Uske liye bhi daily 12 hour's se jyada ya weekly 48 hour's se jyada duty nahi lene ka provision hai lekin hospital aur senior Doctor ki manmani hoti hai jise aap ragging bhi bol sakte hai

Don't choose doctor profession as a escape plan! Many other professions are there....in today's era...these cases not occuring everywhere! Being home maker is not bad at all...people who don't want to manage their duties...they tell it bad.
