    Well tried but 1.keep the object. Candle is the source of light
    2. Screen should be upright perpendicular to the table

      Thanks for watching the video. Most of the constants in physics are calculated by experiments like acceleration due to gravity constant is calculated by Simple pendulum method. G gravitational constant is calculated by Cavendish method

    If when placed at F1 the image is at infinity then what are we seeing at the screen?

      Infinity means very long distance compared to the focal length of the lens so if the focal length is 10 cm a distance of 200 m can be considered as infinity

    Here in the last case, the focal length was around 20 cm. What will happen if the lens is placed very closer to the screen?

      Focal length always remain constant

      The image will be on the side of the object. It will be large and erect as shown. Remove screen and place your eye in the place of screen to see its image

      Yes it will but to see the image screen should be placed, or else the image will be in air and cant be seen by human eye

    You have to show the adjustment of the screen to get the image but not directly keeping the screen at that point

      You mean height of the image. It can be roughly measured with scale on screen. Or by applying magnification formula you can calculate

      In book “physics matters GCE o levels edition 4 , chap 12 , lenses , it is mentioned that object at focal point make virtual image however when I performed an experiment myself its not that way . Image formed is real.
